Print quality was very good, and delivery to a friend was on-time. Ordered the "Heather Navy" Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirt but the color received was much more of a light gray, similar to "Sports" Gray." Not sure if the wrong color was shipped or if the image color representation is off on the website?

Great customer service. We live on one of the smaller islands in Hawaii, so we are used to shipping taking forever. Custom Ink isn't, so they actually contacted me to check on the order. I knew it was in Honolulu just waiting for the boat, but they emailed me to check on what happened.

The shipping took over a week longer than expected. I was VERY disappointed with the shipping and the item arrived after we needed it. It is frustrating to have the estimate be so different than what was given.

Originally my order went to the wrong address in an entirely different state. I filled out the survey and didn’t get an email back, but they did have my order shipped after about a day and a half. They got it to me at the time I’d payed for my original order. Only complaint is I would’ve appreciated an email so I knew what was going on and whether or not they’d even got my survey.

I was incredibly happy with my Custom Ink experience. I placed an order and the following day was contacted by a representative to finalize some things that were not going to print well. They provided me with several alternatives and I was able to choose which I thought was best. The order was delivered less than 2 days after that. I had rushed shipping but it came 5 days prior to the original estimated delivery, even with the error. Customer service was top notch and the process was very streamlined and customer friendly.

Custom Ink stayed on top of the order from cradle to grave. When I first made my order they said that the image I was using was not high enough quality to look good on the shirt. They said it would be blury. I worked with there support team and was able to find the image that would work. When my order was shipped, it was missing some of the shirts. I contacted their support team and within 2 days they found the shirts and had them rushed to my location at no extra charge. Customer support is hard to find now a days, but in my opinion, Custom Ink is the benchmark all companies should strive too.
