The inkers suhgested to chang my shirt color saying the font color would not show up well. I agreed to chane but the suggestion does not show up well on the shirt. Spent alot of money to not be able to see the font.

It was fun to design and create your own T-Shirt. They have many different shirt styles available, and a large variety of icons and symbols to choose from. However, be sure select a contrasting color to your shirt color. The color of my graphics appeared to have a good contrast in the sample it showed on-line, but it was barely visible on the shirt once I recieved it.

The tennis towels were a great size and color!

We are thankful for the in-person service at Custom Ink's Charlottesville location. Eduardo was extremely helpful, and this method allowed us to be more specific on ink colors and really check material rather than having to just hope for the best. The print looked sharp on the fabric. One or two shirts had an issue with some of the very small text not quite taking (missing part of an "n," for example--it really was small), but for the most part it looked great. I think my only complaint is that the design did not in any way scale to larger sizes - so even though it looked right on the kids and small sizes, once it got past medium, it just didn't look quite right and wasn't big enough on the shirt. However, once again, the service was great, and so was the rate that we paid per shirt. We also got the shirts in a very timely manner, which we were thankful for!

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing the Bella + Canvas Tri-Blend. Heed my warning the shirt is see-through the fabric is terrible it is so thin it feels like it is going to disolve if I put it in the wash. I worked directly with designers and I wish they had provided insight on the shirt choice. I was simply choosing from color and had confidence that if it was being offered it was a quality shirt. That was wrong. The package states a 100% guarantee, but that isn't the case. It only applies if there is an error on their side, not for shirts of poor quality. The print is very rough I wasn't expecting that not sure why it is rough.

The customer service team is great. We have ordered from them several times and mostly the printing has been good quality. However, this past time, the printing was not good. Our pride logo was printed on a black shirt and it was so faded and not evenly lined up so you could see the white sticking out of the side behind the lettering. It was very disappointing. I'm definitely hesitant to order any more shirts, especially if printed on darker colors.

AVOID. I placed a $5,500 order for custom performance UV shirts and expected a professional experience. Instead, the final product arrived with incorrect colors and misaligned logo placement — despite my having specifically corrected these issues with a resolutions manager BEFORE approving the proof. I even raised concerns that the proof didn’t look as good as it did in the DesignLab preview. The manager assured me it was just a software issue and that the final shirts would look better in person. They did not. The missing color and misplaced logos is inexplicable. I assume this was all just rushed and there is no actual oversight or attention to detail. Printing mistakes aside, what is straightforwardly unacceptable and questionable business practice, is that after I paid the invoice, all communication from CustomInk essentially stopped. Multiple emails were completely ignored, and customer service agents were unhelpful and uninformed. It took multiple escalations just to get someone to acknowledge the order. I worked with this person to correct and approve the proofs, and the order still arrived incorrect. For a US$5,500 order I would have expected significantly better. CustomInk clearly lacks the systems or accountability to handle serious jobs. I’ll be using a smaller, more attentive company in the future.

Overall I'm really satisfied. The shirt fits great. The logo looks fantastic, and it was easy to tweak the colors through they're design Section.

I just wish my shirt came in without color defects , it would be perfect

Good Afternoon, We received the shirts for this order, but we did notice a few issues: We received 30 XL shirts instead of 15 XL and 15 YXL. One XL shirt has a hole near the armpit. I also realized that I did not order 3XL sizes for orders 80732523 and 80732563. May I place an additional order for five (5) 3XL shirts in each color, please?

This is the 3rd or 4th custom order I've placed with custom Ink and I've been extremely happy every time! I have used other retailers and the finished products do not compare to Custom Ink. The product quality is amazing, despite the alerts that my graphics are not high resolution enough to meet their standards, I'm always happy with the end product. The t-shirt comfort, fit and color options are great quality, the printing is high quality and not prone to fading nor peeling. My first order was 8 years ago and I still wear the shirt I designed! Highly recommend Custom Ink!

I prefer the comfort colors to Hanes, but they did shrink a tiny bit in my experience. Not much, but a small bit. Might be too expensive per shirt if you aren't ordering a large batch, but still fairly reasonable.

It’s my first time wearing it but it’s cozy enough to sleep in, I was eager to put it on right away. Was concerned it looked too big, it runs a bit large. Only concern is the print quality but I can’t vouch for sure since I just got it but it’ll probably take many wears and washes to actually start to fade/crumble, I have other Custom Ink shirts that are still holding up very well in terms of the printing quality so I have my hopes up.
