Shirts dimensions/sizes and material descriptions were misleading. Can't use the shirts since they run too small

The web builder (where you can upload front and back logos, and move them around) was great for building one shirt, although it seemed to store the exact positioning of the logo (in a weird way) on either men's or women's fit, and would then auto located the logos in the same absolute (and not relative) place on the other (customer service worked with us to ensure the final shirts came out right, but it took some manual engagement). This seems like a relatively easy tech fix that would lead to smoother purchasing.

I only wanted four t-shirts with a custom screen print for my personal use, and the total cost for each shirt came to approximately. $30 per shirt. This was double the advertised price. It's not very economical for me to order just a few shirts with custom print. I'm sure the price is better for bulk orders, but I'm only ordering for myself.

You guys knocked it out of the park again. Last year I had to go with the option of iron on transfers and what a disaster. Never again! My friends still get compliments on the Yucatan shirts from 2023. I know this year's shirts will be a hit, too!

Custom Ink is so easy to use. The Design Lab makes it very easy to visualize your shirt. I love that each person can pay for their order online and I don't have to handle any money. Their customer service is very responsive. Our shirts arrived faster than expected.

Disappointed. I chose Custom Ink because I thought they would make sure each shirt looked great. The fit of the shirts is a bummer, but I'm guessing the guidance was based on customer reviews. The letter size and placement was the biggest disappointment. I did like the font choices. I could have purchased similar shirts through Vista Print for substantially less, but we liked the Custom Ink font and the website was easier to navigate. I will not be using Custom Ink again.

The process of ordering was efficient, user-friendly, responsive, and turnaround was quick. The actual screen print on my shirts was fuzzy, and the inks bled.

We have used Customink many times to make shirts for our theatrical productions. This logo came out really well! Sometimes the bigger and more colorful logos are really stiff, but this one is not and it seems very well done!
