They sent a lot of emails, but I felt informed. The process was easy and my exact product was created and shipped in a very fast turn around. Perfect for what I wanted!

This was a product where I chose the product and color, uploaded my single color logo, placed it, saw the proof online, approved it, and it shipped. Arrived just as shown on the proofs. Could t have been more easy and seamless.

Great product, printing, and phenomenal customer service. Totally inflexible after the initial order was placed, however, with respect to ordering a partial order. Often with an event such as ours, we are working with a limited budget and must allow for production/shipping time. Thus, the order reflects the expected participation. The exact number can fluctuate, as ours is doing, but it will certainly not double, so there was no way we could place another full order. We will have to rely on another product for our overflow over what was ordered. Very disappointing.

the shipping was fast, the printing was okay, but when you ship it in a plastic bag instead of box, of course it will come in the mail all smashed up.

I had a great experience with Custom Ink. Uploading the logo and making changes was easy. Ordering was easy. I got proofs and it was easy to approve. The shipping was fast! Most importantly, the quality of the print and the packaging were great. They really pay attention to detail.

I was really surprised that this company does not offer free samples. I work with a university, and I spend so much, that a free sample should be a given. Since this company only offers paid samples, I will likely go back to 4IMPRINT.

Great response to questions via Chat, Email, or on the phone. Shirts are shipped with care, the design is as you create, and the recipients are usually pleased. This is my third project with Custome ink. 8.6/10 overall.

Custom ink saved the day for me. When another site I sell on understimated delivery time for a large order, I searched for options for my customer and found Custom Ink. The team was amazing! They understood my challenge, guided me seamlessly though the upload and payment process, and had my shirts printed and shipped asap. They reached the customer ahead of schedule. What a wonderful experience. Custom Ink will now by my go-to site for creating items I cannot supply in my main shop and I'd happily refer them to anyone wanted a high quality job.
