The web process, cost per shirt (small run), and speed of shipping were spectacular. In fact, the only problem were three shirts with melted tags that made the shirts unwearable due to the sharp and scratchy edges.

The designer on the website is very intuitive and shirts shipped quickly, but several arrived with red paint stains and one had a small hole in the shoulder. A few also had grainy-looking artwork, I guess because of the shade of color I used for the back, but others didn't have this problem so it seems like an issue with the printer.

Great experience, easy to use and wonderful quality tshirts! Soft and good color, picture was exactly what I wanted and it got delivered sooner than I thought. Definitely recommend!

Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to upload. Overall it was a good experience. I did use the same upload for both shirts and the image colors were different. They were supposed to be the same images. I unfortunately do not have time to do a return before the gift is scheduled to be given. I will make more projects however I would like a proof sent.

Custom Ink sales was awesome working with me while placing my order and offering suggestions which were really helpful. I had our own design and Sales helped me to make it one color. The only negative is that the Art team was to send me a design proof before printing with some notes Sales had indicated in the order. That never happened and the shirts were printed without that final proof approval. But I am happy with the design and shirts.

Service is quick and easy. Was excited to see the color options expanded for small orders. Only downside is cost when ordering small batches.

Unfortunately, the print on the shirt is hardly visible. It appears that either the shirt material came out darker than expected, or the print was lighter than what was shown in the preview. Had I known the final result would look this way, I would have adjusted the design or color accordingly. As it stands, the visibility of the print is so poor that it defeats the purpose of the shirt entirely. I have reached out via email and I am waiting for a reply on a resolution.

Beware that colors in photos are not always true to real life.

I was disappointed in the outcome of my T-shirt. The color looked faded, and the lines were terribly crisp.

The wedsite, I scored a 6. It took me a while (5 to 7 minutes) to navigate. I had never been here/there before so I did make a couple goofs, and had to back page. I like that I was able to see the final product (color and font, etc). All in all, from going to your site, crafting the design, and checking out, was about 18 minutes.

Ordering was very easy I used the fastest shipping and was there early. Only thing I would improve would be how to use the clip art. I was looking for a 4wheeler and settled for a 4 wheel pick up. Learned later there is a way to acess an other art but was too late to make changes after ordering. Also would have been nice to change color of text and art. Overall the product was excellent. Would buy again as long as I could get someone to guide me through the process

It was easy to add my own drawing, but on a second shirt I ordered later it was difficult to add 3 separate images. The first two uploaded easily, but the 3rd one uploaded once, but then immediately changed color to white & when I tried to upload it again, it wouldn't work. Maybe there's a limit on how many separate images one can upload, but the site didn't say that anywhere that I could see. I tried the online chat; I was told to save the image, but the pop-up chat page covered the "save" button, so I couldn't save without exiting the chat. It was frustrating.

Just a bit disappointed that I did not get the color I ordered. I order neon green and it came in dark green. We try to vary the color every year and now we have two years in a row the same color.

I had a picture my child drew that I wasn’t sure how to hide the background to. I did the best I could with the design and submitted it. The Custom Ink team reached out to me, without prompting, to let me know that the background would fade into the shirt color and am I sure I wanted that. I explained what I was doing and they helped me make it even better. I was super impressed by them going out of their way to reach out to make sure I would be happy.

Order was not printed per approved digital submittal. Font on front of shirt was wrong color. Submitted an email and have not yet heard back from anyone
