my only quibble, and it's a small one, is that when you place your logo in gray on the inside collar, the ink bleeds through and you can see it bleeding through on the outside of those thin T-shirts

Customer service agents were very patient and accommodating, although there was an odesy of problems with delivering the product on time for the other shirts. The quality of the shirt and printing was acceptable, but not the best so far. The only reason I would continue with Custom Ink is the problem-solving and solutions offered by customer service and designers.

One of the Hanes Beefy T's had the Hanes size tag cut out and is larger, so it might be an XXL or maybe an Xxl long? Not sure, but I can send you a picture of it next to one of the other shirts. It's about 2 inches longer than the XXl shirts.

Custom Ink was a good solution for me...who wanted just one custom T-shirt for employee recognition.

The online order system is really easy. We were working with Kristy on this order and had some communication issues around the process that happens after the order is "closed" but for some reason the order did not get placed. Also regarding the glow in the dark ink and pricing for the glow in the dark ink, but in the end she made it all right and we got our shirts around the same time we wanted.

Very difficult to know what exactly you are getting because the proof changes the design and location of the text. You can't see the proof or at least I couldn't until the shirts were already paid for. Too expensive

Unfortunately there is ink transfer on several of the shirts, spots on the front, back or on the sleeves that shouldn't be there. That's a little disappointing. Everything else was good though.

Custom Ink went above and beyond. They contacted me to let me know that the colors I selected wouldn't show up well on a black shirt. This was particularly helpful for me as I am colorblind, and the agent that reached out to me was very helpful in assisting me in selecting the correct colors that would look good on my shirts. Thank you, Custom Ink!

Allegedly, there is a QC review that I thought would help with my design. The front graphic is small for the shirt. I would have appreciated some help on this. I now know it is all on me so I will operate differently going forward.

Overall for shirts the process was great and the product I got was amazing. For the hats I ordered they kinda fell flat and the profit creating hats was kinda hard and limiting. I would 10/10 recommend for shirts and shirt adjacent products

Shirt is true to size the quality is very good and would buy again from them for sure

It’s fine I’d like a partial refund or discount on my next purchase because these shirts look wild but they’re for practice so it’s not the end of the world

1. I ordered 6 shirts at the same time. They came in multiple packages. This is wasteful. 2. One shirt was lost in the mail and not delivered. Customer service was quick and easy to replace it.

We were very disappointed in how the design came out on the adult size T-Shirts we ordered. The design was supposed to be across the whole chest/bigger overall. The logo/design on the Youth Small and Adult Large were the exact same size which looks very unproportional.
