I was placing an order on-line and I ran into an issue that needed to be resolved on the phone. The representative not only helped me, but also double checked my design and got me the best deal with quick shipping. We received the order a day early and everyone is happy!

Easy online ordering, fast shipping, reasonable pricing.

Custom ink has worked well for us in the past, but in this order our design was altered to the point that the aesthetic was significantly changed, and several shirts did not have the back design printed. Not only that, some shirts also had stains on them presumably from shipping. I am still waiting a response as to how they plan to make the issue right.

I've had great experience with this Custom Ink so I'm a loyal customer, but I was disappointed in the shipping error we ran into with this order. I understand accidents happen though so it won't effect my business.

We are marine mechanics and these specific shirts are not as breathable as I’d hoped for. Super heavy compared to “free sun shields” upf shirts. I can live with it though they are comfortable and protect my skin. Logos came out great. Prices a bit too high for us though with the minor custom images we needed. Prices should vary based on printing amount. Not flat rated to sizes and areas needing a print only. All in all if the price was more accommodating to small businesses that make up literally 99% of the economy, I would only buy my gear here.

The process of ordering and receiving our Custom Ink shirts was so easy! The ordering process allowed all our friends to purchase individually and the shirts shipped so fast! We would like to especially thank Custom Ink for making a donation to our event that the shirts were purchased for, the Buddy Walk that support the Down Syndrome Association! My overall experience with Custom Ink was awesome. They never disappoint me. I’ve used Custom Ink year after year for family reunions and other events and the quality of the shirts are always on point. Shipping is also fast. I will definitely be using Custom Ink again.

Good experience. Easy to use website, but just a little too many restrictions on artwork location and sizing. I would like to be able to be a little more free with positioning, size, etc.

I put my order in and requested expedited shipping, and then 24 hours later realized I needed to add two more shirts. My order had already started printing, so I knew I'd have to reorder because it was too late to add the extra shirts to my original order. Therefore, I expected to have to pay a ton for just ordering two shirts. I explained my situation when I put in my reorder, and the customer service agent reached out to me promptly and **without me asking** gave me the same price for the two extra shirts as what I was given for my original order (approx 20 shirts) and added on our tax exempt status (I work for a non-profit). I was amazed and so impressed with that customer service! Thank you!

the system was easy to use for everyone to order. I wish it was a little cheaper, but the ease of everyone being able to order their own online and have it shipped to one place was amazing!

Great prices. Was going through a local company that was charging 10$ more. Just happened to stumble across custom ink. They also redid my shirt uploads for better quality for free and messaged me every step of the way.
