The service was excellent. Mary Beth was very patient, friendly and prompt. We had several people involved in the decision process to decide the number of colors and size of the order. Mary Beth was always responsive. And the bags arrived several days ahead of schedule! Excellent service. Thank you.

Smooth process to upload and design however the sizing runs extra large.

It was very to upload our logo and order our t-shirts. The colors in our logo, placement and printing were spot on! Then we received our shirts almost a week earlier than expected, it was like Christmas around here! Nobody has had a chance to wash and dry their t-shirts yet, so I can't speak to fading or anything, but I am very pleased so far!

Customer service was great. Order process was excellent. We received our t-shirts before the expected delivery date which was great. Everyone loved them. We personally misjudged the sizes; now we know the t-shirts do run a little large. Overall, great job!

Customer service was excellent! There was a lot of back and forth with questions, making sure the design could be seen with the color of the shirt, needing yo change shirt product. In the end every thing was great and I was very pleased.

Custom Ink had exactly what we needed to market our company's brand, and more. The type of hats we were looking for, we found on Custom Ink's website, with helpful guidance from their Customer Service. The result with our company's logo embroidered on the front, really excelled our expectations. The colors are bright, the design is sharp, and the embroidery is flawless.

This is the 4th shirt my husband and I created together for my sisters and my girl trips. Except for a color missing on one of them in the design in the past that Custom Ink corrected (love your customer service!) and sent out quickly due to my leaving the next week I have been 100% happy through the years!

Other than my frustration when designing a shirt and it takes me so much longer to do, I love Custom Ink and have recommended you to so many people who have commented and asked where I got my shirts. When I finally finish and order I can't wait for my shirts to come. The printing and colors are always beautiful and the shirts are top quality. They last forever through many washings and never fade.

I ordered this shirt to support my daughter for softball. The words were done in her favorite colors and it looks awesome. Very happy with the overall product

Custom Ink sent many emails to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! They even told me that I ordered 2 different colors of RED and asked if that was what I intended? NOPE! I was in error and it was AWESOME that they took pride in how the shirt looked! Thank you!!

Custom Ink is always goes above and beyond my only critique is there limited choice of colors when only buying orders less than six

Image I uploaded needed some fine tuning, like on the edges and color tweak. It was done better than expected. Quick turnaround too.

overall great, they reached out about the artwork when there was a line. like I said above, the color didnt come out as bold and vibrant on some shirts as others... and I had hoped some of the names on the back would have been larger, digitally they seemed larger, so for the cost of all these shirts wasn't 100% satisfied.

The Bella Canvas shirt was great although the color I received was nothing like what was shown online. The print was pixelated and did not look good. Even though the artwork I submitted was high-quality. It’s been a few days since I’ve messaged customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back.

The customer service was great and speedy. My experience with Jenna Kranzberg was great! She responded to emails very quickly, helped pick out our shirt color, and made sure our order made here on time.
