This is the 3rd or 4th custom order I've placed with custom Ink and I've been extremely happy every time! I have used other retailers and the finished products do not compare to Custom Ink. The product quality is amazing, despite the alerts that my graphics are not high resolution enough to meet their standards, I'm always happy with the end product. The t-shirt comfort, fit and color options are great quality, the printing is high quality and not prone to fading nor peeling. My first order was 8 years ago and I still wear the shirt I designed! Highly recommend Custom Ink!

Very good customer service-- they'll answer your questions and give pretty good advice. The turn-around time was fast with my first shirt, which was great, but it was slow with my other one, and some proactive communication as to why would have been nice. Excellent choice of products, although maybe too many choices for some people, because if you're not up on all the different brands of shirts out there, for example, it can be bewildering and even overwhelming. Custom Ink is great for people who want to upload their own art/images because they'll accept so many different file types, even .PDFs, which is something I don't believe any of their competition can claim. I'm not at all impressed by the quality of the printing, though, and that's obviously a big problem, since that's the main thing I care about when I'm getting a T-shirt printed (obviously). I had two shirts printed (two different designs), and I'm not satisfied with the quality of either one. It's cool that they were able to print one of them at all (I don't think any other online T-shirt printer would have done it without a lot more work on my part), but considering Custom Ink is the most expensive company of its type that I've found, and I expect (not unreasonably, I think) the most expensive to also be the best, or to at least have some of the best quality control, I have to say they really dropped the ball in that department, at least in my case.

Overall, I was very pleased with the shirts I received from Custom Ink. The logo I supplied for the shirts came out perfect! The T-shirts look great! Customer service was also excellent with great communication, reasonable pricing, quality product, and arrived ahead of schedule. I would use Custom Ink again without hesitation.

She did a fantastic job refining my original design to ensure it looked great on the shirts and went out of her way to expedite delivery to meet my timeline. Despite it being a small order, she dedicated a lot of time and passion to the project, and I truly appreciate her help!

Each year we order a small number (6-10) t-shirts for our "Grand Kids Camp". The design tool, on the website, allows us to create a different theme each year, for what we will be doing. So our truly custom inked shirts make a special memory for everyone.

I love that I can print my own T shirts for my small business without having to order in bulk. I also love that you offer Dri fit. Great variety of shirts to choose from. I won’t order from anywhere else!

The overall experience was excellent. Customer service provided me with personalized service until we had the final result completed. The shirts came packaged folded in a box, unlike some other companies who ship their shirts in a bag which ends up being ripped. Love the packaging. I will definitely order more from this company. The quality of the t-shirt is good, digital printing is clear, and pricing is right.

I looked at using a number of different online t shirt printing vendors… I kept coming back to Custom Ink because the design interface was easier and more robust, and the cost and shipping could not be beat.

I was disappointed in the outcome of my T-shirt. The color looked faded, and the lines were terribly crisp.

I have used Custom Ink for the pass 4 years for our family reunion t-shirts. The customer service is the absolute BEST!

We've ordered T-shirts before from Customink and they were of good quality. However the T-shirt we just received is of very low quality, the material is shocking thin and won't last past 1 washing. We image you've probably "outsourced" your quality control or T-Shirt production and that is why your products have gone to unacceptable, thin garbage. BUT no worries as we will never buy from your outsourced cheap material company again. Enjoy your latte.

I didn't like navigating the design portion of the t-shirt. I was always switching back and forth between screens and it was a pain.
