I ordered these shirts for our Halloween party at work. It was very easy to order and design. The cost was immediately available for my choices which made the discussions with the rest of the team easy. The only issue was that the cost of the item on the website is for bulk, and I only needed a handful of shirts, so the final cost was a bit over what I told my team, but that was a mistake that I made. I am very happy with the customer service that I received.

I love custom ink. I have ordered a bunch of different stuff from them from Christmas gifts to staff shirts. Their customer service is super helpful - just try to catch them before they print your product. I also love that some of their products don't have a minimum order. I would love to see more of those options. Thank you!

The design department really helped to perfect my t-shirt, not stopping until I was 100% satisfied with how it was going to look.

The overall experience with Custom Ink was incredible! Not only are the shirts great and of good quality, but the customer service is astounding! I was able to get help with ordering, payment, and even after items shipped, received help as to when the items would arrive, as our business is not open Fridays, and so they were so kind in ensuring delivery wouldn't be an issue! You guys really dropped the ball on communication, kept email asking for our tax exempt after you had it and confirmed you had it, included tax on final order (again I had to clarify), we got different answers on how small a shirt we could order to fit image (unbelievable), and you had no youth size jerseys when we placed final order - we had to quickly choose and order 16 different shirts.

Custom Ink is wonderful and I highly recommend this shirt printing company. I did a large order over 50 items and I did a single hoodie order. Both were perfect.

The customer service representative was very professionable, proficient and friendly and he made my first-time Custom Ink experience an enjoyable one. I cannot attest to the fit of the shirt because it's a gift to someone else, but the quality is definitely there.

This is the second time I've ordered shirts from Custom Ink. The shirts are for my cigar club members who liked the first batch of shirts so much that they asked for additional shirts in different colors and styles. Unfortunately the printing process on the second order was totally different from the first shirts we received. The printing on the first shirts looked like a silkscreen and was relatively soft to wear. The logo had a slightly muted appearance, but at the same time was clear. The printing on the shirts for this order, while clear, sharp, they look like a stiff glossy iron-on and not nearly comfortable to wear. The result is it looks and feels stiff and cheap. None of the club members like the new ones nearly as much as the first shirts we ordered and asked that I find another source that could provide shirts with printing like our first ones. Working with your sales staff was excellent overall. The only problem was trying to communicate the minor changes we wanted made to the digital artwork previously used. I'm not concerned with this as it's sometimes hard to communicate concepts of a design to another designer and I don't mind making several reviews of the design to get it right. Overall, excellent customer service. Your people really did a good job making sure the artwork was what I wanted and went out of their way to be sure the order arrived on time. I've checked the box NO when asked if I would from you again. This is not due to customer service, that was great, but rather due to the plastic-like feel of the printing.

This turned out great. Great quality shirt & the design was printed perfectly on the shirt.

Wonderful!! We are so happy to find a shirt company that cares as much as we do about how the final product looks. Our church team loves seeing the bright orange and white boxes arriving. Keep up the amazing work!

Custom Ink has always been good to work with. However this order was a disaster. Sizing all wrong which I approved thinking the standard 3-4 inch chest and the standard 12-14 inch back was a no brainer. But the tiny front was unreadable and crooked and the back was equally as bad. All shirts were discarded.

First time using Custom Ink and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the shirt & even more impressed with the quality of the design. I'm already planning on purchasing more in the future.

Great process all the way around. Shirts arrived on time, with good quality, and they were organized in a logical way in the box.
