Easy to use and the item shipped fairly quick.

Custom Ink gave me a very large number of shirts to choose from, even with the idea in my head that I wanted a Tri-Blend shirt. It was very easy to upload my design to the site and manipulate exactly how I wanted it to look on the shirt. Choosing what sizes I wanted was also really easy, the checkout process was simple, and the delivery/shipping was quick, even without expediting. I highly recommend Custom Ink for any order, large or small.

Trying to communicate with custom ink was a nightmare. We have worked with them for over 3 yrs and never have we experienced this back and forth of confusing and unhelpful communication. The rep kept changing, people kept getting left off of communications which delayed our ordering process, and all the answer we got were AI / Robotic. We paid extra for super rush shipping and we got it at the same time as if we paid regular rush shipping and felt scammed. We needed these shirts for a super important event for the staff that helped tied together everything but arrived too late for the event wasting our time and effort.

I had a great experience from the moment the design was conceived all the way through the revision, shipping, and receiving the product!

Everything was finalized, shipped and delivered in very quick time with great final products!

I have been returning to custom ink every year, never had a problem that they weren't will and able to help me resolve prior to the actual printing. Never had a problem with the products shipped.

Design and purchase with confidence! Took a leap and Custom Ink did not disappoint. Unlike other product design companies, this one was very easy, intuitive and ships exactly as you intended and the large variety of high quality shirts and products is a definite bonus!

I will definitely plan as an organization to use Custom Ink for my ongoing promotional items. Even the shipping was amazingly fast and I appreciated that it was one less thing to worry about for my big event.

This order was disappointing. The support rep was dishonest and tried to pressure me into finalizing the sale before I was ready - I had to check on some other inventory first. He told me if I didn't order it that night, I'd have to upgrade to 30% shipping. I was able to process it the next night, at 15% rush and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The quality of the print also wasnt that great b this time around. The color was darker than my first batch, and the logo wasn't as crispy.

Great customer service and great job in getting my order to me in the time they said they could get it to me of course w/ the extra charge on shipping b/c of the specified time, but I needed a rush job and it was done to my satisfaction and everyone was pleased.

The shirt arrived exactly as I expected it, it fits well, and the print quality and shirt quality are fantastic. It was very easy to make my design, and it shipped quickly. They sent me an order and delivery confirmation, and it was very easy to check my order's status at any time.

Overall experience was great. The estimate and design was quick and so was the shipping.

This is a great way of creating a customized shirt for traveling. My wife and I made one for each of us to wear on your trip. As far as ordering and printing and shipping. It arrived a week before it was scheduled.
