I had fun designing my T-shirt. I am very happy with the quality.

Custom Ink does it's best to provide "quality" printed shirts however with my experience, my most recent purchase did not live up to the "quality" they state. However, to be fair, I have ordered other t-shirts from them with more simple designs and those have turned out great which is why I am disappointed in the one I just ordered.

Great service, poor print on t-dhirt

I love Custom Ink! I'm a teacher who uses Custom Ink for printing t-shirts for my clubs at school and they make it so easy to do the group order, which takes the hassle away from me having to collect money from students.

It was very to upload our logo and order our t-shirts. The colors in our logo, placement and printing were spot on! Then we received our shirts almost a week earlier than expected, it was like Christmas around here! Nobody has had a chance to wash and dry their t-shirts yet, so I can't speak to fading or anything, but I am very pleased so far!

Customer service was great. Order process was excellent. We received our t-shirts before the expected delivery date which was great. Everyone loved them. We personally misjudged the sizes; now we know the t-shirts do run a little large. Overall, great job!

This is a great company! Their website is easy to navigate and design your own custom t-shirt. I love that there is no minimum order on shirts, it makes it easy to try a design before a full commitment. I received my order fast!

I have made several class t-shirts with Custom Ink and I keep coming back because of how easy it is to design something that I know will come out professionally. At first, the prices seemed super high, but the checkout process breaks the pricing down based on your design and actually can tell you what to change or take out to lower the price. The shipping is very quick and the the customer service is personal, efficient, and caring.

Custom Ink was good to work with. Quick response to any questions I had. The turnaround time was very quick as well. We used them for t-shirts for our church, and we will definitely use them in the future.

T shirt print quality is poor and peeled off after the first wear, prior to even being washed once.

Custom Ink in my opinion has the beat website and options for printing T - shirts and hats . Easy to use customizable tools .

This year I was very impressed with my order from Custom Ink. All the same T-shirts were used, the printing was done very well, and the sizes were true to form. Last year, two times there were problems with my order and because of my inconvenience, Custom Ink gave me a $40.00 coupon to use for my next order. It was well appreciated and very useful this year!

Our school loves custom ink and always uses them to order our t-shirt needs.

In this particular order we had several different sizes, youth, adult and different XL sizes. When receiving my proof, there was only one size logo Custom Ink was going to use on all shirts and my concern was due to them downsizing the logo for our shirts because of youth sizes, I didn't want my logo to look lost or small or Adult and XL sizes. Had I not reached out asking about this I didn't realize Custom Ink offers, unfortunately at a cost, to make another size logo to accommodate the Adult and XL sizes. This in my opinion is not clearly stated anywhere when ordering different sizes and the logo size adjustment. There is no where asking if you want to have an upcharge to accommodate all sizes with your logo. THIS SHOULD BE NOTED SOMEWHERE in the site before ordering. I'm glad I chatted with a very helpful customer service rep to find I could do that and get that adjusted in my order quickly. I decided to add the additional cost so that all sizes looked great with our logo. I'm wondering why this can't be automatically done in the first place, accommodating logo sizes to all size shirts. I know Custom Ink does a lot of shirt orders for all sizes, why don't they just do this....making adjustments automatically for shirts to look right with the logo rather than customer seeing the size is same for all, and in my case luckily finding out there is a charge for an upgrade change to logo adjusting to all sizes cost. Another issue, in my order, we had a large amount of people ordering. Some asked if we can order long sleeve shirts in addition to all the short sleeve t-shirts ordered. Sadly in order for me to do that, first I had to order a minimum of 6 t-shirts and the cost was expensive. This is another question, why Custom Ink does not allow you to place different shirts with the logo they already have to do on the short sleeve shirts for other types of t-shirts? We had requests for long sleeve and even onesies. Sadly I didn't order because of the higher cost and minimum Custom Ink places for ordering. If Custom Ink has the logo in place, why can't other style shirts be added with no minimum and not at such a higher cost??
