I’ve been designing my own ministry and personal t-shirts via Custom Ink for years, and have always been pleased with the finished product received.

The Hanes Ultimate Cotton heavyweight pullover hoodie is quite oversized in the midsection, almost twice the normal size. The print on the back is impressive and stands out well. Initially, there was an issue with my first order, but they corrected it and sent me the original order print.

I love Custom Ink. They have the Comfort Colors t-shirts I love, orders are processed quickly, and customer service is great.

We have ordered several t-shirts and other promotional products from Custom Ink. Always great pricing. When we called, the agents were helpful and professional.

While everything went great with Custom Ink, the image on the t shirt ordered was blurry. I wish I would have been made away before printing, so I could have provided a higher resolution or made appropriate adjustments.

Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and prompt. The art that was touched up looked amazing and our students (and teachers) are thrilled about the t-shirts!

We were overall satisfied with the ease of use for the website, ordering process, customers service, order communication and speed of order. We were slightly disappointed about the quality of printing on the t-shirts. (Sweatshirts were much more consistent.) Due to the deadline of when needed them and the overall level of seriousness of the shirts, it was not worth it to follow up about getting some replaced. It may sway my decision in the future though.

I am always happy with the quality of the items I order from Custom Ink but the customer service is unreliable. Not getting licensing approved on one product (bags), while approving the same design on another (t-shirt), especially when placed at the same time caused some unnecessary frustration. And then speaking to customer service and not having them resolve the issue, has made me hesitant about ordering anything time-sensitive again.

It was fun to design the t-shirt and the quality of the print job is excellent. I also think the price was fair.

The lettering is not attached to the t-shirt well. Some letters are peeling of after first wash (air dried). This is disappointing since it seems the shirts will not last very long. The shirt quality is good and soft.

Very disappointed in Custom Ink. I used to order from them years ago and the print quality has definitely went down. I ordered two T-shirts and was surprised to see the difference in print quality. They both were dull looking but one was definitely duller than the other. I ordered the same exact T-shirt from Rush Order Tees and it was 1000% better. It looked so vibrant and my logo really popped. Sadly, I wasted my money and will NOT be ordering from Custom Ink again.

I've been using Custom Ink for t-shirts for event SWAG for a couple of years now. Even with multiple points of potential failure, I've never had a single issue creating, ordering, or shipping. The online design platform has also always worked flawlessly and is a lot of fun to use. The only thing on my wish list would be expanded Send To address fields as I'm often shipping to advance warehouses and need to squeeze in additional information like Company Name and Booth #. :)
