The image I downloaded came out perfectly the photo was taken in the 80s. The t shirt turned out awesome.

Kareem was so helpful on the customer service call. Website easy to use. Appreciated the check in from the quality team before the shirts went to print. Shirts arrived early and look amazing! Very pleased.

Using Custom Ink for our school club shirts was a seamless process. I was able to speak with a live representative immediately when needed. This was important for invoicing. Custom Ink also provided me with options when the image was incorrect. They triple-check to ensure this was what I asked for. The turnaround was a few days earlier than quoted, which allowed me to use the free shipping option. I will definitely use them again for my custom clothing designs.

Good T-shirt quality but missed the back print on one of my shirts and some of the designs smeared.

Due to the company restructuring, took two weeks to get a response via email. No it is office motivation or anything. Once the order was placed, it sat in limbo for three days, no approval email sent. I had to contact the company and the two took no responsibility for the lack of communication or flow. Needed the shirts on a deadline and received no reassurance the company would express ship the order to keep the deadline they originally promised. I did get the shirts on time, however, the printing was not done correctly. I've ordered multiple times in the past with no problems. Not happy with the chaos and lack of experience from the company this time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of designing my shirt. Then , when I decided to add another style and color, it was super easy to do that too!

My boss (who paid for them) said “well it’s a good sleeping shirt at least we know for the future”. My coworkers did not take them, they are sitting in a box unused. So overall, it’s a disappointment due to the products size discrepancy.

Custom Ink team was fantastic to work with and was blown away with how fast I got my shirts back.

My overall experience was great and everyone on our team loved the shirts. I am a big fan of CustomInk and use your services for the other non-profit I volunteer with. The only disappointing part is we paid for the expedited service and at the time of the order it said it would be in our hands by the evening of November 6th and unfortunately they didn't arrive until November 7th so this made it tricky for a couple of members to get their shirt prior to the event.

The shirts look amazing. Arrived very quickly! We can't wait to wear them for our Christmas Parade & Event.
