I have loved using this company for years and will continue to in the future. The t shirts are extremely well made, shipped fast and always well packaged.

The process to upload the digital image and through to ordering was actually not too bad. The problem is the final product was too small and on one of the shirts the image was printed slightly crooked.

Quality of the shirts was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. My tee shirt with custom logo design exceeded my expectations! I also love no minimum and was able to purchase 4 shirts of various sizes. Will order again!

I just wish the shirt was larger. I can not wear it because its to small.

We got the tri blend shirts and the long sleeve shirts. For a quantity of around 25 shirts we paid apx $22/pc and for the long sleeve shirts (qty around 10), we paid apx $40/shirt. This pricing would likely inhibit us from ordering again as both seemed quite a bit higher than others in the market. Also, they run about 1/2 size small, so we needed to order an additional 4 2XL shirts since the XLs were tight on our staff -- and those cost over $40/per t-shirt, bc we ordered a small quantity. That seemed more than double what they'd have cost elsewhere.

super easy to create nice graphics on the site. printing and shipping of my order was faster than i had expected and all my t-shirts were packed very well. i appreciated that they were placed in a plastic bag inside of the outer box. i was worried the day of delivery because we had a big storm and my box had been sitting outside all day, until i got home. i was relieved and impressed when i opened the box and saw everything was safe and dry in the plastic bag. thank you!

Process was very easy and had many options to choose from. Shipping was quicker than expected which was great. Only down size was all of the shirts shrunk after washing. Would suggest ordering 1 size larger if planning to wash/dry as normal.

I designed and ordered the shirt on a whim in the middle of the night on a Saturday for a concert that was 9 days later. I paid extra to have it here by Thursday before the show and it arrived Wednesday! Super fast! The shirt looks great. I wasn't expecting the image to feel like vinyl on the shirt, but that's ok. It looks amazing so I can get over that. :)

I really never dealt with customer service when ordering. The ordering process was easy. The price for the shirt seemed pretty high compared to other websites.

Luckly we came across custom ink, they were able to assist me quicky! Since we were on such a short deadline. Our shirts arrived earlier then expected and they look great. ! We will be ordering again

It is difficult to add shirts to our initial order. We need more shirts as new members join our team. We ended up paying $40 for a single shirt but we had no other choice.

Some of the shirts we received shrunk a lot after washing and people have asked me for replacements. Is there a low-cost way to have items replaced with a larger size?

I appreciated the quick turnaround shown by Custom Ink. I needed them quickly and they got my order to me sooner than what I expected. I love the design. I made these for my Niece who is running a 50 mile race to support Veteran Services. These shirts symbolize her race perfectly.
