Custom ink printed the shirts perfectly! All my co workers were jealous! I already ordered more!

🧼 Overall, my experience with Custom Ink has been great. The shirts are sturdy, made with strong fabric, and the colors come out beautifully. I use white shirts for my cleaning business, so they get bleached often, but they actually hold their color for quite a while before showing any fading. The quality really stands out — durable, comfortable, and reliable for everyday work. I’m very happy with the products and the overall experience.

Good experience with the customer service. They responded to all our questions over the phone. But we are disappointed with the final product as the colors printed on the t-shirts do not match the original colors.

Arrived in a timely manner. The shirt quality is great and logo was as expected.

I ordered 70 items I believe, I did have minor issues with a few and have submitted a request for replacement. I have used Custom Ink several times in the past for my daughters fundraiser and have never had any issues with their customer service and if needed replacement prints. I shopped around this time while ordering uniform shirts for my employees, Custom Ink not only had the best prices, they had the best turnaround time by far.

Your process is easy and I was helped by an associate throughout the process. Overall, I like the options available for shirts and colors, but the pricing is a little high. expecially if something doesnt come out exactly right.

Had quick and helpful interactions with the employees and artists. I wish the screen printing was proportional to the size of the shirt and had a couple prints that look slightly slanted. But definitely a great business to use

The shirt was a gift, and though it was very well received I can't speak to its fit or quality. The process, however, was extremely easy and intuitive. It isn't really cheap, but then again, perhaps for a one-off custom shirt that shows up in less than two weeks being this easy, maybe it is pretty cheap.

Ordered a test run of only 2 shirts to feel the quality of the specific shirt material - which was great. However, the printing being so crooked is giving pause on whether we continue using Custom Ink.

Customer service was great in answering my questions. The product arrived a few days earlier than the 2-week normal delivery so I was quite pleased with having the shirts ahead of time, ensuring they arrived in time for our company outing. I was notified every step of the way after placing my order up till the time the shirts were delivered. The quality is great and the shirts fit true to size.

The printing was excellent. I was worried that the yellow wouldn't show up bright on the black tee shirt, but the ink was bright and the contrast perfect. The order came in a few days ahead of schedule which the team was excited about.

Custom Ink is a solid option for printing shirts and such, especially if you only want one item. So far, the shirts I’ve gotten have held up well.
