I had to orders, one was the fundraiser and the other was a group order. The group order was very faded and some of the shirts looked dirty and customers refused them. I was very embarrassed and had to apologize. The other reason I was not satisfied is because I was told that my fundraiser would have guaranteed delivery by July 9th. We did not receive our shirt until hours before the even on July 11th. I even called on the 9th and they said it could be delivered on the 10th and we still did not receive it. We were also missing a couple shirts that were ordered. This experience was an overall disaster. I have been with customink for over 10 years and this has never happened. Not sure what happened this time. Please contact me concerning this order. As I now I have 100's of dollars down the drain.

The quality is good, the support is quite bad. I am extremely disappointed in my customer service – I chose Custom Ink due to an advertised discount for veterans that I then was unable to use. I wish I'd gone elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience designing for my make a wish. Ordering was super easy too very helpful staff. I really loved the font selection and all the pre-made designs and stickers even though I went with my own there is some pretty choices.

We ordered 1 XXL, 2 L, and 1 M. We received 1 XXL and 3 L. I think it will be OK. The medium is one that is a gift and we will not be giving to our friends until August. But overall, we were very pleased with the printing and quality of the shirts.
