We have ordered from Custom Ink many times and I unfortunately feel that the quality is getting worse and worse. The printing on these shirts was very "fuzzy" looking and there was damage to 16 shirts and they were so disorganized when shipping. 16 of the shirts we ordered had ripped, tattered or torn off shirt tags, the shirts were in the box in no particular order. Every time we have ordered they have been together by size, but all the sizes were mixed together, making it timely and challenging to organize and lastly the printing quality was very poor.

Customer communication was fast, but unfortunately inconsistent, with different reps replying to each email. The poor communication led to errors in proofs, and a delay in shipping that meant we needed to cancel one of the orders. The lab coats that did arrive looked very professional - the logo and type was neat and well done, and the customers appreciated the quality of the coats.

Love this company. Everyone is budget conscious these days. Just wish small orders weren’t quite so expensive I do understand the work that goes into making custom shirts it just makes it hard for families when they don’t need hundreds of shirts. If they offered to place a made by custom ink logo on the back or bottom of the shirt as Free advertising to offset coat that would be awesome. Thanks for all you do.

Doing business with Custom Ink has been a pleasure. I had considered getting a customized tee shirt elsewhere but after reading some on line reviews both there & here decided Custom Ink had a better product. It cost a bit more & the shipping wasn't free but the end product was worth it. ES

I encountered 3 different reps during my conversation through email. It was a bit frustrating. The design quality on the t-shirt was not was looking for. My first order some years back was a whole lot better than what I recently received. I have no complaints on shipping.
