The Custom Ink website was very easy to use and I was able to create my custom shirts in a matter of minutes.

we had a mix up and did not receive on of our shirts, customer service is working to get the replacement sent to us.

I think overall Custom Ink is a great concept, however I don't like the outcome of my order. The artwork was spot-on. My only complaint is though I placed the design as high up on the shirt as the site would allow, the design sits too low on my chest and appears to be a little unlevel.

Excellent design interface, great choices for shirts, reasonable prices and delivery times. The resulting shirt is true to the design and looks great.

Mostly satisfied. Letters are smaller than expected & T- Shirt is Snug (the size I ordered should have fit loosely). The pictures I added are beautiful!

I had found a design on a shirt i loved with a saying for Halloween & i looked high & low to find the shirt but couldn't. I saw post from this company Custom Ink & read the reviews. I decided to give them a chance sent them the picture, picked a color for a shirt & they helped me take the image & create the shirt Perfectly. Customer Service was beyond amazing helping me strategically place the design, altered the coloring to make it blend in they were great to work with. The communication through the process to delivery was amazing. Grateful I could do one shirt I am sure there use to companies or businesses but if you need anything done I would reach out to Custom Ink great Service

Pricing was unfair for product quality, printing was blurry on 2 of the 4 shirts and would’ve still been overpriced even without that issue. The custom names on the back were smaller than expected, especially since I did not include numbers. However, the quality of the shirts were good, but I have no experience with customer service because the shirts received will work ok, they just did not meet my expectations.

🧼 Overall, my experience with Custom Ink has been great. The shirts are sturdy, made with strong fabric, and the colors come out beautifully. I use white shirts for my cleaning business, so they get bleached often, but they actually hold their color for quite a while before showing any fading. The quality really stands out — durable, comfortable, and reliable for everyday work. I’m very happy with the products and the overall experience.

Good experience with the customer service. They responded to all our questions over the phone. But we are disappointed with the final product as the colors printed on the t-shirts do not match the original colors.

Arrived in a timely manner. The shirt quality is great and logo was as expected.

I ordered 70 items I believe, I did have minor issues with a few and have submitted a request for replacement. I have used Custom Ink several times in the past for my daughters fundraiser and have never had any issues with their customer service and if needed replacement prints. I shopped around this time while ordering uniform shirts for my employees, Custom Ink not only had the best prices, they had the best turnaround time by far.

Your process is easy and I was helped by an associate throughout the process. Overall, I like the options available for shirts and colors, but the pricing is a little high. expecially if something doesnt come out exactly right.
