Website is good but the actual printing is garbage. Might as well print your design onto loose leaf and tape it onto your shirt. Will never wear, this shirt is literally garbage , waste of money.

we usually don't have any issues but having my shirt ruined the first time it was in the wash was very disheartening.

The design process was easy. There were a few snags with using a PO to order the shirts, but they were resolved quickly by customer service.

Nice shirt, great color, great artwork. Material is kind of thin and it runs very small.

I had some issues with re-designing my shirts and had to cancel an order or two but the Custom Ink Customer Service was very very helpful and we got it right. I love the final results and recieved my shirts earlier than the projected delivery date. I will use these guys in the future for sure. 😁👍🏻👍🏻

I had a team member help me walk through the entire order once I had my design ready I had an order of 41 shirts with 41 different names and sizes Everything came back accurate and good to go

A few of the shirts had some white hot iron marks outside of the logo added and others appear to have a few water marks.

Fantastic customer service! Excellent product quality! I have been a customer for a Short time and this is my 3’rd order. I have tried others and found that the color faded, the logo wasn’t clear and the shirts after the first wash no longer fit the same. That’s why you are the best at what you do!

We had no idea what to expect! Honestly, the true color was exactly the same as depicted (so many colors to choose from!), the shipment timing was reasonable, the imprint/font is fun, and although the final cost was higher than originally expected, the quality shirts we received is well worth it!

My husband designed the shirt. He wanted writing on the back, but pricing was already extremely high, so I decided against it. Printing was more like a decal, which worries me about peeling off. I would have made the design a little smaller and over and up a bit. I should have consulted someone first. I do commend the speedy production and delivery.

The shirts & printing are great (and the website easy to use). I've ordered from Custom Ink a number of times, and delivery has always been on time or early... until this time. I checked the tracking on the day it was due, and it said that the delivery should be completed the day before it was due, but it actually showed up the day after it was due. As a one-off mistake, that's not too bad — just a bit strange.

I order shirts for my group every year through Custom Ink. Their group pricing is the most affordable option I've found, which is very helpful to the population I serve. I appreciate that it is possible for them to collect all the money so it stays out of my hands.
