Not happy that I received an initial generic response from customer service when I asked to have lettering brighter than my last order of same item over three years ago. Also initial “no mention” to my initial request for consideration of a repeat customer discount. I had to contact customer service reference this request AGAIN. Aside from price INCREASE compared to same item(s) a few years ago of around $20 I’m satisfied with the quality.

I do not understand policy of charging me $20 more for ordering more t shirts on a previously used design. It should have been cheaper for you to make given the design was already worked out. Why in the world do you want to discourage repeat orders. If you are serious about my business you would refund the $20.
