I was very happy with the ease of use of the website to put in my order, which was complex and involved multiple versions of the sweatshirt we were printing. I was extremely pleased with how they turned out. They look amazing. The process from beginning to end was just excellent.

The process and the implementation of the product to the sweatshirt was awesome. I was ecstatic with the ease of having the product made. I will definitely use your services again.

In the picture on the website, the image of the black heather sweatshirt looks like faded black. I received what looks like a gray sweatshirt.

I’ve been running my business for about three years, and during that time, I’ve ordered seasonal items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with our store logo. The quality has always been excellent, and I’ve been very satisfied with every order. Because of that, I plan to continue placing orders every season going forward.

Customer service is always good and turn around on getting our items is always fast. We've ordered polos, shirts, hoodies, crewnecks and hats previously but this order was terrible. The product itself is the main problem but the printing was bad as well.

We placed orders for both these sweatshirts and a full order of t-shirts with the same design. The print on the t-shirts is much brighter and looks amazing. The colors on the sweatshirt and the style of screening is much different. The colors are muted and not nearly as clear. We were hoping, since the design was the same, that the sweatshirts and t-shirts would match and they clearly do not. We are usually very happy with our orders but this one was disappointing. The ordering experience and website are always easy to work with and we have enjoyed the customer service that you provide.

CustomInk never disappoints. I have jokingly (?) told colleagues that when I take over the world, I'm going to make my entire cabinet just people from CustomInk. The level of efficiency, politeness, and effectiveness is really unparalleled. The kids are stoked with their sweatshirts and obligatory Inky stickers, and we have another win in the books as club sponsors. No complaints, ever!

Designed our sweat shirts using web site. I have no design experience what so ever. With the use of the clip art we were able to design a sweat shirts using web that all liked. Super easy.

The image that we printed on our sweatshirts came out blurry and not like the mockup. I would not recommend using custom ink

I was very disappointed with the product recieved. Spent a decent sum of money and recieved sweatshirts with faded logos that look like they have been worn for years.

It was disappointing how long it took to get our orders (sweatshirts, hats, and shirts). And then, all of the shirts have the logo in the wrong place, and one of the hats has an issue with the logo. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality of all the products given the price.

Creating and ordering a custom sweatshirt couldn't have been easier. A+.

Amazing to work with. Lots of variety in options. Package came earlier than expected date which is great. Shirts and sweatshirts look amazing, my whole team loves them.

Online chat customer service was great. My only piece of feedback is that it would have been nice if the items had been boxed by sizes. I ordered 260 sweatshirts and they all arrived in boxes with mixed sizes.
