I couldn't have had a better experience! I had waited to the last minute to design a shirt as a Christmas gift, and tried working with a couple local companies, but wasn't getting anywhere. I submitted my order at midnight and by 7am the next morning, I already had a final proof in my inbox. The final proof looked 10x better than the image that I provided, and I approved it right away. The order ended up arriving a day earlier than initially noted which was great just for a better piece of mind. The shirts were a hit, and very sentimental to my family. I wouldn't go anywhere else the next time I'm looking to design a custom shirt. I will definitely be back!

The day all of the huge Custom Ink boxes were delivered, it was pouring down rain and all our boxes got SOAKED.. but because Custom Ink packages the clothing in plastic bags first, nothing got ruined!! Smart thinking!! Thank you!!

CustomInk exceeded my expectations! Prior to placing my order, I called Customer Service to help with my design. I was amazed the time and level of assistance I received! Then, about a day later, I received an email with a completely new similar design (non-copyrighted and better quality) that your artists created, FREE of charge! Being on a tight budget and ordering these shirts for a school function, Customer Service assisted in keeping the costs low, rather than hassle me into more costs. The shirts arrived ahead of schedule and were in a plastic bag inside the box, to protect from weather. I would definitely order from CustomInk again and highly recommend the company to anyone! I had to place a rush order for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. After placing the order I was contacted twice the same day to confirm the design was done the way I wanted it. It also arrived on time to give all of our employees their Christmas gifts. They were a great hit and will hopefully, become a new tradition at our farm!

We were so pleased! My 11 year old son easily designed the shirt entirely on my iPhone. We submitted it and within a couple of hours received a phone call from Heather with a couple of questions and suggestions about the design to avoid any copyright infringement. She sent us an updated version 20-30 minutes later for approval via email and we were good to go! The final product came a day early and the recipient was blown away. We will definitely do this again.

Just upset as the delivery said arrival on December 23rd and it arrived on December 27th.... We couldn't give a Christmas gift to our son on Christmas day. While his siblings were happily opening their gifts he just stared at the ground feeling left out.

Custom Ink was great to work with! There was a discrepancy between the guaranteed delivery date and the actual date. Custom Ink's customer service promptly handled the matter when I called them and I got my order on the day that it was supposed to arrive!
