Attention to detail matters. It seems like most companies in today's age don't care. They just push orders out the door without any quality assurance check. I'm glad I was cautious and only purchased a small amount. The inconvenience of adding additional time in my day to fix your mistakes sucks.

Custom Ink has the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. My most recent order was a re-order of a design in a different color. However, I forgot to change Spring to Fall. I waived proof approval because I have never had an issue with the design. I discovered the error two days after submitting the order. Not only did Custom Ink reach out immediately, but they also sent a proof for my approval and still delivered the product on time.

Due to the company restructuring, took two weeks to get a response via email. No it is office motivation or anything. Once the order was placed, it sat in limbo for three days, no approval email sent. I had to contact the company and the two took no responsibility for the lack of communication or flow. Needed the shirts on a deadline and received no reassurance the company would express ship the order to keep the deadline they originally promised. I did get the shirts on time, however, the printing was not done correctly. I've ordered multiple times in the past with no problems. Not happy with the chaos and lack of experience from the company this time.

Easy to navigate website. Product looked exactly like it said it would. Shipping was one day late but overall great experience.

The product arrived a few days earlier than the 2-week normal delivery so I was quite pleased with having the shirts ahead of time, ensuring they arrived in time for our company outing. I was notified every step of the way after placing my order up till the time the shirts were delivered. The quality is great and the shirts fit true to size.

The printing was excellent. I was worried that the yellow wouldn't show up bright on the black tee shirt, but the ink was bright and the contrast perfect. The order came in a few days ahead of schedule which the team was excited about.
