Pricey for how quickly it was done, had to get over 20 orders just to make it worth it and then then, could've had way more orders if they were cheaper. Then it was done in 1 day. Didn't need to be that expensive. People also complained that the logo could not be different colors. Only the hoodies themselves could be different colors. People wanted black hoodie, and choose different color logos.

Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I paid extra for fast shipping, and when the shirt was delayed a day or two by the post office, they fully refunded that extra fee. Shout out to Aimee for being so sweet! The shirt is cozy and comfortable, and doesn’t feel cheap. However, the quality of the print itself was questionable. It looks really grainy and low quality, and has a bit of an odd texture to it. A lot of smaller details were lost because of the graininess. I will be honest, the design for my shirt had a LOT of different colors, so I think simpler designs with only a small handful colors should come out a lot better, but it definitely didn’t meet my expectations based off of reviews. Overall, great experience! I’m absolutely going to consider CustomInk again for simpler designs, but I think I’ll look elsewhere for anything as complex as this.

Website is very user-friendly, customer service was friendly & helpful when I called with questions, and the product came exactly on time. However, the printing quality was very, very poor. The design submitted is very bold/bright, and the printing was washed out and "faded" and almost pastel. Looks nothing like the colors on the artwork submitted. I don't expect it to last through even 1 washing. We provided high-res artwork files (my husband is a professional graphic designer), and yet the printing looked blurry and soft. The font used was bold, and even so some of the lettering was so thin (due to the printing) that some letters were illegible. We've used this same logo before with other printers with no problem, so I know the issue wasn't with the logo....it was poor printing. This was a "test" job for future merchandise for my organization, and shirts definitely did NOT pass the test. These were awful. I wish I'd had time to re-print, but unfortunately they arrived the day before my event so I had no choice. I definitely won't be using their services again.

Great customer service- I sent several emails and got a response within a day of sending them. Additionally, the hoodies arrived about 2 weeks after I placed my order (even if we had a few issues with licensing permits).

I had a great experience with customer service. I had some questions and called but missed customer service hours and left a voice mail. The next day I called again and had a very helpful gentlemen who answered all of my questions and helped me get the best deal. Immediately after that call I did end up receiving a callback about my voice-mail. I let them know thT I had just been helped, but I was grateful for the follow up on their part.

Was not expecting my order to be done so soon and was really happy with the turn around. I put in an order only a few days before I needed the shirts for a show, and the original delivery date was way past the day I needed. Not their fault but mine for waiting last minute. But the order arrived much faster than I expected and I got them in time to wear at the bridal show my business was apart of. Super happy about that. Also the quality is great.

Custom Ink was fantastic to work with! I was having trouble with the clarity of my design when trying to upload it to the website myself. I was able to book a same day, in person meeting at one of the store fronts for help. The designer was very knowledgable and kind. She worked with a team to ensure that the print would be of the highest quality, all within a very timely manner even during the holidays! I really appreciate the time and effort they provided to make my design perfect!

I ordered these thinking they would arrive the day after Christmas, and they showed up several days before Christmas. Love that. I wish the shirts themselves were a nicer quality. The printing is good. I'm a little worried about what will happen in the washing machine, but the printing is nice. The shirt itself, not as nice.

I ordered sweaters for my school staff, and I was in a bit of a time crunch. I needed them by a certain date, and our sales rep was great about helping me expedite the order so we would get them in time. She helped me with choosing the product, getting the design ready, & sending the invoice within 24 hours. Tawni is amazing! She saved the day (yet again).
