The price has gone up considerably from the last time I ordered and the t-shirt is thinner but the quality and customer service is definitely still there.

I chose this item because I was really hoping for a sweatshirt with an ultra-soft, cozy feel, and while the quality is solid, it isn’t quite as soft as I expected. That said, everything else about my order was truly exceptional — from the design clarity to the overall craftsmanship. Looking ahead, I’m planning to place a larger batch order for my church, and it would be incredibly helpful to know whether there’s an option to preview or request samples of the materials beforehand. Having the chance to feel the fabric in advance would give me even more confidence in selecting the perfect style for a bigger project.

So this is just another website that prints your design on a t-shirt. There are many. There is a couple days at the beginning for them to review your artwork for copyright violations, before anything gets printed. Annoying but ok. Sadly there is no technical review, I got my shirt and it is pixelated crap. Turns out to be my bad, somewhere in the art conversion it converted from vector to low resolution raster. Boo. Now I have to order again. But the website is otherwise pretty easy to use. Kind of hate how some shirts have a minimum count you have to order. I just want my graphics on a short sleeve! Do I have to make six of them?

Everything was great. my only issue or area to address is the cost. I feel your prices are higher then average for other companies that do the same type of work. but cant complain about the products, ease, and service was great, just felt like we paid to much for it. over $1000 dollars for 22 items. If you do that math its ruffly $45 a T-Shirt.

We ordered shirts for our school club and they were amazing! The design was replicated better than the original with colors matching the t-shirt color after their designers "tweaked" the design. The shift were great quality and extremely soft- better than anything we hoped. We will definitely be ordering from Custom Design again. Great communication with designers on the chat box that helped!

Very fast turnaround time and our custom t-shirts turned out perfect!

Great company. Easy to use online platform for creating custom t-shirts. Quick fulfillment speed. My only complaint would be price. I know everything is more expensive these days but $30 per t-shirt, so $335 for 10 shirts did seem pricey. Thankfully our group was willing to pay for their shirts. I am happy we have this momento of our class and time together.

We did the group order where everyone can pick what they want, then shipped to 1 location. We had 2 options for 1 design. It worked perfectly. Really easy for everyone. Shipment arrived fast. T-shirts were bundles by group of 5 of the same size, so there is a little bit of sorting and folding if you distribute them.

I loved the ease in being able to customize the design and t shirt color. I’m not a techie person but it was so easy and reasonably priced that I did 2 more custom orders.

I have tried other t-shirt companies, but they have been disappointing. Custom Ink is solid and reliable. Thanks, Custom Ink!

My overall experience is extremely satisfied with the sweatshirt and t-shirt previously purchased.

I keep coming back to Custom Ink not only because their stuff is great, but also because dealing directly with their actual human being "inkers" has been uniformly amazing. Talk to them. They make things happen. They make it so easy, that I sometimes will have a shirt made with just an interesting thought or a photo I've taken, just because (doesn't have to be a soccer team of similar). Or a mug. I get a LOT of attention and great comments from these designs (makes me popular). Lately I create my own "merch" for a great local band or artist, before the band itself even has any; love the reaction when the artist sees a sweatshirt or T-shirt that promotes them. This is a very fun thing to do. (Also makes great unique Christmas gifts for family and friends).

I ordered shirts for a concert my band performed. We wore the shirts at the show. The color stood out on the black t-shirts and looked great. I sold several of the extras I bought. I could have sold more if I had more. I will order more!
