Thank you! We loved our hoodies and shirts for our company!

The website was great, it helped design the hoodies that I ordered, and the print came out nice. But the quality of the hoodies was horrible. It was hard and stiff, and just did not wear well and lost a lot of its fresh look after just one wash. One of the hoodies did not fit, I ordered the size based upon the recommendation of a customer service representative. I didn't bother to ask for a refund or new product so I don't know how that experience would have gone.

The hoodies turned out great and the customer service was excellent. I don't like the the website and the unrealistic graphics and the hassle of getting anything to upload without having customer service do it. They will do it and they are great.

For 3 years I have created personal hoodies and shirts through custom ink , and for 3 years I have never been let down. Every and literally every time I’ve created a hoodie or t shirt it came as expected if not better. If there’s ever a question from either parties end the reaching out , and communication interaction between the process is always quick , but executed with the best patience it makes you feel taken care of. Every member I have ever had to speak with to assess an issue , treated me not as a client but almost as if I were a member of the team, and just was needing help fulfilling my own job task , while asking and askibg what It is I wanted and how they could be of help to grant my wishes as precise and accurate to my request as possible .and every time , they figured it out without a problem of doing so , I’m very thankful. I don’t just create hoodies and shirts , they are more an anchor to a specific special moment in my life and as a reflection of it , CustomInk has done the best job of recreating those exact feelings I held in those moments . As far as navigating and operating the website it’s very very efficient and is made easy for a non designer let alone a designer . I would wish to buy more in bulk and expand my access to different products but as a 20 year old worker with bills and other fixed expenses I don’t have that amount of cash just sitting around , all though if I did I without a doubt I would definitely buy in bulk and soon enough the time will come and I will . I think custom ink is great to for design and cost but the hoodies I received have a strange smell to them, I washed a few and the smell is still lingering.

The clothing that I selected is perfect and exactly what I was wanting/expecting. However, the colors that you guys printed don’t match the colors of my logo. The yellow on them is close enough to my logo but the blue is almost a purple on the hoodies/shirts. A little frustrating especially because I reached out on your web chat to add some hoodies to the order (which they did, and I received the correct number of items) but I also mentioned that my colors are sometimes difficult to match when I can’t send an .ai or .svg. So to help with that, I sent some stitch colors (that CustomInk has used on a previous order of mine) to use as a reference when they were picking colors for screen printing. They didn’t use them…. The yellow is tough to print, it’s a fluorescent color, and I know that it’s hard to print so I can be understanding there. But the blue has never been an issue with any other apparel supplier, so I I’m not sure why the mark was missed so poorly here.

My experience with Custom Ink has been really great, the orders I have been having from here has been great. This Custom Ink is really great place to design hoodies, t-shirts, etc. for high school teams or any teams in the country.

Easy to design. Easy to order. Received sooner than expected. All items accounted for. Hoodies look and wear exactly like expected. No complaints.

Over half of the shirts the front design is crooked. I have not had time to call and see what can be done about this. The fronts are at an angle and it makes them look terrible. Some much worse than others the biggest sizes are awful! I am highly disappointed. The quality of the shirts seem to be good. The hoodies turned out nice, the design and quality of the screen print seem great but I can not sell these with the front representing my business is crooked and places in different positions as well some are much lower on the shirts too. This makes me feel bad that I did not go with a local company that would have paid more attention to detail and appreciated my business. For my first experience with custom ink I’m am very disappointed in their quality control

I have been using Custom Ink for quite a few years now for hoodies and shirts for Coast Guard Command Center Personnel. I was a little disappointed that you are no longer re-imbursing if you surpass the estimated number of shirts causing the price to get cheaper. This issue along with the prices have continued to become higher each year for regular fabric (Hanes) items might cause us to seek other companies next year. Coast Guard Members made sure to point out that for the price we paid for a Hanes Hoodie they could have bought a heavy fabric Carhart hoodie or another high-end brand.
