The initial printing of the logo in the shirt was good and the shirt/hoodies fit well. After 1 wear and 1 wash with the hoodie inside out, the ink is already peeling and no longer looks like a quality product. After seeing the amount of damage to the logo after 1 washing, even while inside out, I have no faith that the logo will last. Extremely disappointed.

No errors.....you printed exactly what I requested. Color is nice, size appear to be on point and the experience was fun. No issues.

Everything was excellent. I normally wear a 2x but ordered a 3x. Shirt fit like a 2x so shirt size seems a bit smaller. Still kinda pricey for 1 shirt. Only went with Custom Ink because they offered sleeve printing. I tried a different site, and they didn't offer it. No way of knowing without actually designing the shirt.

No one checks in about the design, tried filling out a complaint and the page just reset every time I tried to submit.

Outcome image was nothing like I originally submitted but got tired of trying to approve them. Should have followed my gut and said no.

Custom ink has been great to the designs i make. I have designed multiple shirts and hoodies with them they're absolutely great once ina while.if them mess up the prints they have the option of replacing it with no questions asked. Sometimes if the print is still wet and workers mess up and package the merchandise, its not their fault. They just want to

Great experience with Custom Ink- BUT no one caught the typo, including myself. The N should be the Spanish N.

First time working with them. For single unit, no minimum orders, they may be a bit more expensive...but it is SO worth it! Zero headaches, zero hassles. Product showed up looking JUST like I hoped it would. Will be ramping up my orders soon. Can't see any reason to use any other printing service.

JJB is a rock star! Not only did he support me in getting samples out to me, but he also got everything delivered quickly and without hassle. Also, another rep assisted me after she received word that the 1 item that I ordered was no longer in stock. She worked her magic and found the limited qty in the warehouse. That made it all the difference b/c that item was the one that my employees raved about.
