Okay - your site is not super easy to use when uploading images, --I have used Custom Ink for years - and I have learned to just go directly to the chat, as the the website gets clunky and makes it hard to go from t-shirts to hoodies - to the particular hoodie I wanted. It defaults to the expensive ones, and unless I knew exactly the brand I wanted, even then, I spent 30 minutes trying to get to the right hoodie with my image, and then gave up and went straight to the chat. The live person chat is soo refreshing, and then I know that my order is being done right. I am more comfortable uploading to the chat that to the site, as it is harder to flip, rotate, size, etc. It was easier for me to go to the chat, upload it with a real person, wait while it was done, look at the centering, etc, and then get a purchase order and bill all set up. That is my experience, and I am sure you have customers that claim the exact opposite. Anyways....so glad for over 10 years of drama hoodies with all of you.

Amazing service and quality products. I was impressed with how fast they came. My only critique is that it would be lovely if they were packed in some way to easily distinguish who got what without having to take everything out of the box and organize it on tables.

Love the Gildan products; the ink and/or application of our original design was below average. There was either not enough ink used, or there was an error in application as the design turned out a bit dull, and certainly not vibrant as expected.

I had hoodies recently done and two weeks prior had zip up hoodie and t shirts done for our cars that we show. The mint color is amazing and the Hilden product always nice. The hoodies had the best finish decal or screen print. The zip hoodie and t shirt were not quite as deep and rich with little less pop but still nice overall. Will buy from them again. Would have gotten hats but could not match the mint.

After checking many sites, Custom Ink stood out with the variety of styles with fonts, and ability to customize the look in so many ways including text size, angles and images available.

Overall very good experience. Lots of hoodie options colors, and sizes. I appreciated the variety of font choices. My only gripe is that I couldn't get the lettering positioned exactly where I had planned it to be. I'm not sure if the lettering placement options were somewhat limited or if perhaps I just couldn't figure out how to use the design features on the website properly. I was hoping for a way to position the lettering down the side of the hoodie; under where the arms hang. I could only find options to place lettering on the front or back, but I wanted my cool lettering on the side. I ended up making an adjustment from my original plan and I'm still happy with what came out.
