We had a great experience with Custon Ink. It was our first time using them, shirts look great, and shipping was very fast!

When i initially dealt with custom ink for another order I was annoyed at the sales associate due to some confusion with location. He was obnoxious and rather then listening to me and being solution oriented he was argumentative. Then eventually a manager shipped my company's shirt. It was soooo awesome and well made I decided to disregard that associate as a bad apple and had a design poorly done by another company I wanted to try out. So glad I did. Custom ink t-shirts and sweatshirts are high quality. The way they press the design is lasting and beautiful. They even will provide support to ensure your upload is proper.

Shirts were stained, difficultly updating order after moments after placing. Expensive shipping.

I ordered these shirts with Rush shipping and it arrived a day early! Everyone loved them and the quality is great. The price did jump up unexpectedly when I added our design to the shirt, because it included more than one color but overall super happy with the final product and service.

I appreciated the communication during the processing phase as my design was reviewed and approved. Overall it was an easy process and my items were shipped & arrived even faster than I expected.

We had a great experience with ordering custom hats. The customer service team was very fast and responsive with quick turnaround. They were very helpful and patient when we wanted the design a certain way. Shipping was super fast and the final product was perfect, high quality and something we'll use for years to come.

I am a return customer, but this is my first time ordering a product other than shirts. I am very pleased with the accessibility of the website and the final product. I was also WOWed by the fast shipping and order production.

I would like a refund of the $140+ dollars for super rush shipping. The shirts did not make it in time for the event, arriving at 8:30PM the day after.

The website is easy to navigate, and there is a large offering of preset graphic elements to choose from to create your own design. We placed our order a week before our need date, and selected expedited shipping, which turned out to not quite meet our need date. Then I called customer service and asked if the delivery date could be further accelerated, and they happily offered me super expedited shipping (for an additional fee), and we had our order in 6 days, 1 day prior to our event. Very happy with the product and the service!

Super fast shipping!

I paid extra to get my order by 7/30, but it came on 7/25! This was great but I wonder if the regular shipping would've actually been enough for me. Just wish the shipping timeline estimates were more accurate and less urgency-driving.

Overall, the experience was great: the shirts came out great, shipping was on time, and everything was accurate. Thank you so much. The biggest point of concern/stress was the proof approval process. My group order included varyious sizes of Next Level shirts (youth, womens, regular); the initial proof showed the image as one size placed across all sizes, meaning the images ran off the youth shirts in the proof and was otherwise an unacceptable size on the womens shirt. I was called by a representative and when I raised the issue, I was told that I would incur an additional charge ($80) for another sized screen to accommodate the smaller sizes. Even after I accepted the additional charge, I still had to speak to a representative about the sizing because the updated proof still showed the images running off the shirts. The whole proofing process took a little over a week, and I was stressed and unconfident that the images would be appropriately sized and whether they would arrive on time. Ultimately they did, and I was very happy. My bits of advice are these: - Inform customers how many screens they will need for their order if their order includes various sizes/styles ahead of time so their proofs will be more accurate. This was a surprise AFTER I put the time/effort into creating a group order and paying for it. I was happy to pay for the additional screen, but knowing earlier would have saved a lot of time/stress. - Double-check the proofs sent to customers. Most if not every proof sent to me showed the image running off the youth shirts, which is likely never intended by the customer, and I had to speak to a representative 2-3 times to get it right, causing concern about meeting the delivery date. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again, but knowing this experience, I would adjust my expectations and communication with representatives to avoid delays.
