Overall, I'm usually satisfied. Although this time I received two shirts that did not have the design on the back printed.

This was something I wanted to undertake myself, but the stress of going through this made me look at other options. I was surprised how simple, reasonably-priced, and well-done the shirts ended up being. Me and my friends couldn't be happier with the end product we received.

It was disappointing how long it took to get our orders (sweatshirts, hats, and shirts). And then, all of the shirts have the logo in the wrong place, and one of the hats has an issue with the logo. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality of all the products given the price.

Original ink color was incorrect, but 1 chat session and i received a replacement shirt that is perfect !

Shirts are nice feeling on the skin, Hoodies are incredibly soft on the inside. Overall very beautiful and im happy we made this purchase for our store.

I have used Custom Ink a few times to order my company shirts and for the most part I have had no issues I get what I ordered and if I do have any issue they fix it. I will continue to use them however the only issue I do have is they do not have a good enough selection for the Big and Tall which makes it harder to buy for people in my company who wear these but otherwise they are great.

The whole process of ordering shirts was amazing. From picking the design, placement and colors. Ordering for a group of about 30, different size selection was easy.
