Iʻm confused by the offering on the website to expedite orders, only to be told by a representative that we donʻt expedite orders to Hawaii. I also wish the design elements of the t-shirt with logos, text, had greater abilty to change colors in specific areas.

The artwork I uploaded had bright colors, but when we received the shirts, the colors were very dull and light. The design looks good but the color difference was disappointing.

I haven't had issues with Custom INk before. When asked if I wanted to print the design the same size across all shirts, I understood that my design would appear slightly smaller. However, a heads up that the design would be roughly the size of a pocket design would've been helpful. Even a proof to show what the design would look like resized. In the online design tool, I didn't get an error message that my design was too big, and it fit within the parameters of both the adult and youth shirt. I don't even want to hand these shirts out from the group order, and I am scrambling trying to figure out how I can refund all of these people their money.
