Why no Quality Control check??? You printed a white square behind my image! All shirts are unusable!

I needed a coach’s shirt asap when mine was lost. I went to CustomInk, designed what I needed, and had it in a week. Easy!

Custom Ink was great to work with. They helped adjust our logo and make a few changes to fit this shirt. I will continue to use them!

There should be some sort of quality control. Why would two shirts in the same order come out so differently

Uncensored Reviews?? OMG, say less!! *ahem* … Hear ye, hear ye - Custom Ink is BADASS!! We needed a small batch of tshirts and a couple of ladies’ rockers for our weightlifting team. They offered a metric shit-ton of options for shirt styles and fabric types, and the process of uploading our logo to test it on different styles was ridiculously easy (LIKE YOUR MOM) …. we even received our order slightly ahead of schedule! The tshirts are quality and fit well; they look and feel SO damn good 🔥🔥 Would I order from Custom Ink again? HELL YEAH I would!! (Seriously - excellent service, excellent product, excellent website that’s easy to use…I’m so happy we chose y’all! Thank you very much!)

There was an issue with my order and when I called about it I was genuinely shocked at how quickly they not only rectified it, I had the new shirt in less than a week. Proof customer service is not a thing of the past. As a result I have shared my experience with many people who I know will now use Custom Ink.

They recongized that I was purchasing matching shirts for my son's graduation from boot camp for the Marines. They emailed me and thanked me for his service. I thought that was such a personal touch to what I thought was a big company.

Amazing to work with. Lots of variety in options. Package came earlier than expected date which is great. Shirts and sweatshirts look amazing, my whole team loves them.

I had a great experience with Custom Ink! Their website is easy to use and intuitive. I uploaded my image and "built" my t-shirt around it. The price was reasonable, the shirts arrived quickly and were nice quality. The image was a little less "crisp" than I thought it would be, but I'm sure that was due to the quality of the image I uploaded, not anything that Custom Ink did. I will absolutely use them again and I have already recommended them to a coworker.

Was easy to select shirt and upload image. Customer service for approving the shirt got a little confusing with multiple people emailing me and saying different things, but it all got figured out in the end.

Great experience, so many options to chose from, but not overwhelming. I really appreciated the fact that you identified opportunities to decrease the pricing given the customizations I made. I called support less than five minutes after paying for my order, I needed to add another shirt to my order as well as make an adjustment to the print. It was super easy and support was extremely helpful. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure if the print change was going to made or not because I didn't see the adjustment on the shirt (just needed to add one letter to a word), but support stayed true to their word and made the change. Shirts came out great!

Custom ink is the absolute best company to use to make any sort of custom apparel. The quality is un matched in my opinion . The website is super easy to use. The year i started my company i used custom ink for the first time for my very first work clothes. Its been 5 years . Ive used them for everything to golf league polos to more work shirts. Im with you guys for the long haul . Keep doing what your doing . * no , this isnt a fake review, they are just that good

Ordering was easy, package came half open and smashed. Shirts were supposed to be white and were all off-white
