I have been a customer for many years, and ordered foldable can coolers which I paid to get shipped quickly. They arrived within plenty of time for my need. Thank you, terrific job as usual!

Very fast shipping, received the shirts within 5 days, and exactly what we ordered!

If you don't mind never speaking to the same person and getting different prices after you place your order, the company is fine. The shipping is exorbitant. I entered the church credit card for payment and realized that two shirts should have been 4x. I called right away and they said that they could not correct the error that I missed.

One of the shipments got lost in the mail, but CI made it right and shipped a new box right away.

I designed the shirt with everything I needed: images, txt font, fabric, colour. It arrived quickly and no charge for shipping was definitely a plus!

Loved my experience with custom ink! We only needed to order a very small run of tanks for an upcoming event, and the price was extremely fair. Every other place wants a large minimum order. Easily uploaded my file to design the shirt and it came out exactly as expected. Shipping was fast! Will definitely use again!

Custom Ink made it very easy to customize my product. I could review the proof prior to the product going into production for peace of mind that my logo was correct. On top of that, shipping was super fast! Overall, I had a great experience using Custom Ink!

I stumbled upon Custom Ink through several Google searches and took a shot; I just needed to get an order of 30 trucker hats printed in a hurry for an event. I uploaded art, got everything in the cart and decided to call to ask about a shipping question I had. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and went above an beyond to reorganize my order and save me a bunch of money - she did not have to do that but because she did, and the hats turned out great, I will absolutely use Custom Ink again in the near future.

Overall, I'm getting complaints from our group ordering that shirt plus shipping is too expensive. $71 for two shirts is out of some people's price range. Yes, that includes shipping. But pricey when doing low quantity. I've even had one person so far decide not to get the group shirt due to the pricing. Pricing is the single biggest factor to look for another vendor in the future.

Tshirts were printed, shipped and received so quickly!!

My package didn't arrive on time and the wrong design was printed. I was told by customer service that the package was already shipped and delivered, which was not true. I had to talk to another person to get my order shipped. Additionally, I was sent two proofs for my design, and I clearly expressed that I wanted the first proof to be used, but they did not listen to my request TWO SEPARATE TIMES. As a long time Custom Ink customer, this is absolutely infuriating, and I don't know if I will place any orders in the future.

Great product! Speedy shipping!

I had a little trouble with placement of my design but, it was my first try. I wish my design was a bit lower on the chest of the shirt but that was my error. Custom Ink came through with a quality product. Shipping was very quick!

I only have one complaint and that was I wanted to make the logo larger and the website did not allow it. With that said the shirt is nice, the shipping was lightning fast. The logo I had done was nice as well, just wish it was larger.
