Pleasantly surprised... by pretty much everything. Website easy to navigate (I made my own sweater design). I loved that you kept me informed for each stage of its creation from design to delivery. Shipping was faster than expected. The big thing though is that the sweater was perfect- soft, comfortable and exactly the size you indicated. I'm constantly fighting shirt sizes online but this fit beautifully. Also was afraid that the imagery would be blurry but nope, came out just how I wanted. Now I plan on ordering a shirt soon :)

I was surprised when I received my shirt two weeks early

II loved the shirts! I was so excited that I gave the two shirts to my neighbors that night! They had helped me the night the vet came to my house when I had to put my dear Jasper down. thank you for this wonderful product!

Customer service was very good. However, I gave specific instructions to have the shirt sit 2 inches off the collar and that was not done. I chose sky blue for the ink color and it came out dull. Not very bright. It's a computer print, so it is low quality. Not worth the money I paid.

We were happy with Custom Ink. The print seems a little "thin" on the shirt and we're wondering how long it will keep up. It would be nice to be some tips and tricks on our specific design if that is the reason the print is thin. Just a thought. Overall, we're pleased.

The site was easy to use and proof system worked well in order. Product processed and shipped and arrived on time. There were some printing issues on some shirts due to a large square print pattern and maybe ask questions if there is a recommended size for patterns on the sport shirts that aren't as stiff as cotton.

I have purchased T-shirts, hoodies and long sleeve shirts from Custom Ink for many many years for our family trips. The quality has always been very good and they do a great job with the printing and designs. It's so easy to do the design on the website It takes no time at all. Wouldn't think of purchasing from any other company for personalized clothing.
