I love the text messages and easy process to "review and approve" designs before printing. Also, once the designs are approved, the products always ship soon thereafter.

My sales rep was great. Without her help, I would have been lost figuring out what to do or understand pricing. I placed my order on Wednesday and the items (140qt) shipped the very next day. Very impressed by the service and speediness.

My only complaint and I do not think this was Custom Ink's fault. The box the tshirts were shipped in were delivered to my house all beat up and there was a hole in it. Grateful that the shirts were bagged and protected.

I've always had a great experience with Custom Ink, but this time I needed some assistance to modify my design, as the tools provided would not support what I wanted to do. A fellow named Cameron took care of things for me in VERY short order, I was able to order the shirts a few hours later, the shirts were shipped very fast, and the results are great.

The customers service was great shipment was quick and easy I had called your customer service department can acquire about shipping to the Philippines and they said a minimum number of shirts would need to be six I couldn't do six I just wanted to do one so I had it sent to me and I'm going to have it shipped to the Philippines so she can work to the airport when I get there

The size of the graphic/text online, looked larger than what was actually delivered. Could be due to the size of the shirt used online in the app vs what gets shipped due to larger sized apparel being selected. Maybe a note showing the size overall.

I had a great experience with Custom Ink. I accidentally switched two numbers on our address and they were able to resolve the issue with two separate orders even after one of them had already shipped. It was very quick and easy to get assistance and I was so appreciative! I really liked the website and the ability to see our logo mocked up on different products.

I love working with Custom Ink. The quality of the final product—especially how well they render submitted artwork of original designs—continues to impress me. Most steps, from design to ordering, are smooth and user-friendly. Turnaround times are quick, with only minor delays during review or shipping. I do find the website navigation a bit unintuitive at times, though familiarity helps. Overall, it’s a great experience.

I use Custom Ink exclusively for the various shirts and accessories I design for local organizations. Usually they are the best, easy to work with, fair pricing, fast free shipping and quality printing. I recently had a less than awesome experience and it has not currently been resolved. I’m willing to update my review once the issue is resolved.

First time ordering shirts online. I was very wary about doing it, but Custom Ink was recommended by a friend. My experience was very positive. It was easy to upload the image and I had a chat with a team member so I would feel comfortable with the finished product. And the best part of all, is that the shirts shipped and I received them in less than a week! Amazing! When I order shirts from my local neighborhood business they take 3-4 weeks, which is unacceptable. I am going to need more shirts and will place another order with Custom Ink soon!

I ordered a shirt for a family member and paid extra for expedited shipping. I admit I was concerned that the shipping would not work since it was a few days before July 4th and delivery was promised on the fourth, when I knew it would not happen. However, Customink got the shirt to its destination on July 3rd and the recipient was absolutely thrilled with her customized shirt. Superb service and a great product!

Easy and quick designing on the website, it removed the background for me and I could change the color to anything. The shirts came out better than I expected and they came so fast! We paid for rush shipping for the 4th of July and they came when they said they would no delay! Definitely will be ordering again, thank you
