very good experience except the shirts runs small and many were disappointed on the fit

I was told it would take a couple of weeks, to my surprise I received my shirt within days! It's perfect!!!! Thank you

I will definitely continue buying from custom ink. You guys did an amazing job with my tribal emblem flag on the t-shirts. The details of it is what I love the most. The colors on the t-shirts really brought it out even more.

This was a great option for a growing small business to get really great quality customized items in limited quantity without breaking the bank. We now have tech shirts to do sales and service in that proudly showcase our name, logo, and website QR code. :)

It took a lot of back and forth to get to the final product, things were changed to my design, and we had to keep sending it back to fix things. I was also shorted one shirt. We didn't have a massive order, but now I am missing a shirt for someone who was supposed to get one. Triple checking numbers would be a good thing to implement.

I loved the option of being able to create within the site as well as uploading my own logo preparation. A bit pricier than another site I've used...BUT these t-shirts had high quality digital printing whereas the others I ordered from elsewhere were the equivalent of an iron-on. So, I'd rather pay for a quality print that will last in the long run on the shirt.

Terrible quality. Was expecting something more like a screen printed shirt. Instead I received a shirt with basically an iron on image on the front. I’ll never wear the shirt and it was a waste of money.

I had a great experience ordering some fun shirts for my colleagues. I was initially worried the quality of my design would be too poor to print, but the folks at Custom Ink worked their magic and the shirts turned out better than expected!

We have been buying shirts from Custom Ink for years and the service and product are always excellent.

A club of students that I work with asked if they could have t-shirts. I loved the idea, but had no idea how to go about it. I contacted a local company and they requested a vector file. I don't have any experience with these files or how to make one and the company said they could send my design out to be made into a vector file for an additional cost, so I got frustrated and decided not to do shirts. Then a coworker told me about Custom Ink, I checked it out, uploaded my design, and it looked okay but I wasn't sure how it would print. I read that they check all the designs to make sure they will print well, so I decided to just try it and cancel the order if it didn't work. They sent me a proof and it looked awesome! I approved it, they were sent to me quickly and the shirts are PERFECT. It actually looks like I've done this before. The kids are so happy! I'm shocked that it was so easy.

Overall experience was good, customers service was super awsome helping me with my order. Just very disappointed with how the "sparkles" I ordered on our shirts turned out. Looks like it wasn't even intentionally sparkled, like one or two tiny sparkles per shirt.
