Working with the Custom Ink team has been a true delight from start to finish. The website is user friendly and if you have a question the team is there to help answer it right away. They even placed a donation to the fundraiser I am hosting! I enjoyed working with Cutsom Ink every step of the way.

Our tee shirt came out great but the sweathshirt printing was sub par, the ink is barely present and looks like the sweatshirt that is brand new never washed has been washed 100 times and the ink has faded. There was not enough ink used on the sweathshirt and you can see the garment through the ink.

Custom Ink was good to work with. Quick response to any questions I had. The turnaround time was very quick as well. We used them for t-shirts for our church, and we will definitely use them in the future.

I love custom ink - but will say the printing was not the best this time around - the image is off center which for this occasion isn't that concerning as we are only going to wear them the night before for his graduation dinner. Not sure if it was a miss by someone who typically would have pinged to say something about placement adjustment or if it was the print setup but the image is shifted left of center.

Nothing matters if the printed portion looks as bad as it does. Terrible experience.

My only misfortune was that I submitted the design with an expectation--based on what I read in the online process--that someone would be contacting me to confirm that the design could be printed. In the meantime, I contacted the vendor mentioned in the design to make sure they would be okay with it. They got back to me in just a few hours and asked me to not use that design, so I quickly modified the artwork and uploaded it, then tried to replace my original upload, only to learn it had already gone to print. So, kudos on how quickly you did your internal process from order to print, but you might want to change some of your language to indicate that if there are no problems that the design will go to print without further communications. Don't get me wrong, this is my mistake, but it was all in good faith. I'm trying to decide if it's worth submitting for a new shirt since I can't wear the one I got in public. I do, very much, like your online tools and ease of ordering. And I've learned my lesson to get that permission FIRST.
