Wonderful experience. Online easy to upload images and create the shirt design. I placed an order and quickly realized I needed an additional shirt so after calling customer service in a panic, since all my shirts were being express shipped, the staff easily changed my order and I received my shirts in a few days. Thank you!

Overall good experience, however I was disappointed that the order was held up due to the BSA Logo trademark. I paid extra to expedite the shipping and due to the order being held up, our hoodies did not arrive in time for us to take them to camp. (Which means I paid extra for no reason.)

Because there was a printing delay due to my design not being updated appropriately by Custom Ink, I entered a chat with customer service. I needed to maintain the shipping date. The agent said they would do what they could to keep the shipping date. The shirts arrived on time and even earlier than expected.
