I have bought shirt from other online promotional places and not once have I gotten product so cheaply made. We have to go by the photos, which we hope are true and accurate. In this case the The Deep Black Triangle Print and Night Navy Dash Print look nothing like the photo online. The inside of those shirts is white. When buttoned up, except the last button, you can see the white behind the Deep Black Triangle and Night Navy Dash prints. Makes the shirt look very cheap!! We were look forward to getting these shirts and completely disappointed at the overall quality of these shirts. The embroidery is great, just the quality of these shirt is terrible. We prefer short-sleeve casual shirts (no button on collar) and don't need to tuck in for the restaurant. Seen a lot of adds for Custom Ink and thought we would give them a shot. We even used the online chat to ask questions about products, upload our logo, etc. Now we are stuck with some shirts that we do not want to wear. The fit is a little large, feel of the material super cheap and just disappointed we have to spend time and more money to find something else.

I have ordered from Custom Ink yearly since 2008. I have always had great experiences with them, however for this particular order, I had to reach out to get a status check. When I was checking on my order, the posted preview of the order was not aligned (during my design of the shirt, I could not line up letters and dots, using the Friends template) and I had expected, as per the website and prior experiences, that the inverse would have seen this and corrected. They did pull the order and corrected but I was a bit dismayed by this experience. I did receive my order by the time needed. Thank you

Customer support was quick to pick up and help me adjust our order. The shirt fits true to size and is comfortable. Full color printing was affordable. The final print size is a slightly smaller proportion of the shirt than the digital image suggested. Overall a good value.

Overall experience has been poor. Logo was not centered although it was centered on my design. Logo peels off shirt after first wear.

Ordered 50 pink shirts and had my company logo and a breast cancer logo on the front, the package arrived very quickly and within 2 days I only had 8 shirts left! I will definitely be ordering again.

I have been ordering from custom ink over 10 years -as recent as this past June- when I purchased almost $2000 worth of merchandise. I put this small order in- and I thought the process was the same as it has always been, where I would see my proofs and could make a change. I intended to change the ink color on the short sleeve T shirts- pay the difference, when I spoke to a consultant. It is very hard to make a small change when placing an order. In other words, everything was going to be the same, just a different ink color. I waited and waited for my proofs, and finally I called in to see if there was an issue with my order. I was told that they no longer had the preview and approve the proof process. I did not see that anywhere at all when placing my order. I think if you are going to make a change such as that, you should certainly let your regular customers know things had changed.

We would have lived for the print on the back to be larger and lowered down towards the center of the shirts vs up high. Overall good quality!

The shirts look great and the speed of printing allowed us to get them in time for our choir performance today. The only problem is I had two students who accidentally selected YM instead of M (adult medium) on the hoodies they ordered, so the hoodie is way too small. Is there anything we can do about that?
