Very courteous customer service. Very happy to have used priority shipping and received it one day early. My daughter referred me and also had a great experience. I will be placing a new order for a bocchi ball league in the fall.

The web process, cost per shirt (small run), and speed of shipping were spectacular. In fact, the only problem were three shirts with melted tags that made the shirts unwearable due to the sharp and scratchy edges.

From my first chats with agents and calls over the phone to figure out the details of my future order to the design, ordering, and shipping process, Custom Ink did a fantastic job. They were very patient with my many design reviews as we perfected tiny details like periods and spacing and helped make the overall design look excellent. The shipping process was very timely and every item in my order arrived correctly. Thank you!

Easy to use and customer service was great when I hadn’t received one of my orders! They followed up quickly and placed a reorder when we discovered the product was lost through shipping and got me the product very quickly!

The designer on the website is very intuitive and shirts shipped quickly, but several arrived with red paint stains and one had a small hole in the shoulder. A few also had grainy-looking artwork, I guess because of the shade of color I used for the back, but others didn't have this problem so it seems like an issue with the printer.

Clean prints, great product, excellent pricing. We have used Custom Ink for years for our Summer Camp councilor shirts and they are always amazing quality. The box came a little broken this time, but we aren't sure if that was from Custom Ink or from shipping. 100% reccommend Custom Ink

This was my first time using custom ink. I was greatly impressed with how easy it was to design, purchase, and ship my products from the app. I will be using custom ink again.

The overall experience was excellent. Customer service provided me with personalized service until we had the final result completed. The shirts came packaged folded in a box, unlike some other companies who ship their shirts in a bag which ends up being ripped. Love the packaging. I will definitely order more from this company. The quality of the t-shirt is good, digital printing is clear, and pricing is right.

Even with some mild shortcomings on the clothing product itself, overall the quality of the print and design, along with the shipping and packaging, etc. was great.

I looked at using a number of different online t shirt printing vendors… I kept coming back to Custom Ink because the design interface was easier and more robust, and the cost and shipping could not be beat.

Ordered with guaranteed shipping on the 5/19 but shirts came in 5/21 and I still had to pay for rush shipping when they missed the event. Good size and breathable material. Perfect for sports team on a budget.

I used a piece of your stock art. Is it copyrighted? Is it free for all to use without repercussions from the designer. I don’t want to be wearing my shirt and have somebody file a lawsuit against me. Please contact me with the answer to this question.

Ordering was very easy I used the fastest shipping and was there early. Only thing I would improve would be how to use the clip art. I was looking for a 4wheeler and settled for a 4 wheel pick up. Learned later there is a way to acess an other art but was too late to make changes after ordering. Also would have been nice to change color of text and art. Overall the product was excellent. Would buy again as long as I could get someone to guide me through the process
