Custom Ink exceeded my expectations. The quality was so much better than I anticipated. Shipping was super fast too! I will definitely be using your services again!

While it appeared that Custom Ink was meant for companies that make large purchases, I was pleased to see they were willing to accommodate an individual purchase. I was looking for something special for my sister to cheer her up and this did the trick! While it was a little expensive it was well worth it. The custom printing was excellent and they offer quality T-shirts. I was given a shipping date and it turned out it was delivered 6 days earlier than expected. I have absolutely no complaints.

Hi. The only concern I had is the final packaging of the cups when they were shipped to me. Two of the three boxes were packed well and were full, so there weren't any concerns about movement during transit. The third box should have had more shipping material in the box to ensure as little movement as possible in transit.

The customer service was amazing. I missed the deadline to order my son shirt. I reached out to the company and they made it had happened and I received the shirt early than expected they allowed me to do express shipping. They stayed in contact with me the whole time, sent a link so I can purchase the shirt and reached out to the school and obtain approval so I can buy the shirt. Customer service was 10 out of 10 from all the staff members that I dealt with.
