Impressive quality of the print, great American apparel t shirt. Fast standard shipping too.

We will not be using custom ink again. It was deeply frustrating that our schools name was a license issue. We were also not informed when it was approved. We paid extra for rush shipping.

The printing and shipping turn around time was very quick. The design looks great on the shirt and will definitely order again.

Great experience. Website allowed a good balance of flexibility and ease of use to create the pattern we were after. Price maybe a little steeper than was hoping for, but balances out with terrific communication, customer service, speed of shipping, and quality of product.

I have made several class t-shirts with Custom Ink and I keep coming back because of how easy it is to design something that I know will come out professionally. At first, the prices seemed super high, but the checkout process breaks the pricing down based on your design and actually can tell you what to change or take out to lower the price. The shipping is very quick and the the customer service is personal, efficient, and caring.

The experience was great! All items shipped quickly. My only complaint was the flag we had printed on the hoodies. It’s supposed to be on the shoulder but it ended up on the elbow. That’s the only bummer.

You were unable to accommodate the gradient effect in our design, requiring a last-minute redesign on our end. Additionally, the logos are inconsistently centered on the totes, and the fabric/stitching quality is way, way lower than expected... like, you can't call this canvas, I can see through it. The stitching pulls and threatens to tear with just a gentle tug. On the positive, your reps were able to expedite shipping at no additional cost when the re-design process threatened our deadline. Customer service was overall very good (outside of delays due to apparent backlog).

Custom Ink over exceeded my expectations! Printed, shipped, and delivered very quickly. The printing on the shirts was of excellent quality. These shirts will make our classroom event so special!

Would work with custom ink again, group order and separate payment option made this unbelievably easy. We far surpassed our minimum order quantity (more than double), just wish we could have benefitted from a price decrease, switch to fundraising, or a few free shirts.

My shirts were created and shipped in such a short time. The front and back design turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.
