Service was quick and shirt turned out perfectly!

Some of the prints were done over wrinkles in the fabric. A number of shirts arrived with the screen print stuck to the other side, and we had to carefully pull them apart this didn’t seem to damage the shirts. I also tried to add two more shirts to the order just a few minutes after placing it, but after being on hold for over 30 minutes and transferred multiple times, I gave up and wasn’t able to make the add-ons. They were trying to get them to be the same price. Overall, the shirts worked for our event, but the quality control and customer service experience left room for improvement.

I ordered 4 shirts with same graphics but different names on the front. All shirts were sent to one address but were shipped in separate packages using two different shipping companies. All arrived on different days. Not sure why that was done. It couldn’t have been cost effective for you as shipping cost goes.

Live and learn. Not happy with the color of my shirt. I ordered a burnt orange Comfort Colors shirt. It is not Texas Longhorns burnt orange. The shirt is soft and the size is good which I do like. The printing is good also. I should have a ordered a more neutral color blue or green shirt.

I was able to load my logo and design what we were hoping to have on the t-shirt. The rep made some changes and walked me through them which was super kind. Loved the help on picking out what we were looking for in a shirt. It is SO difficult to pick out t-shirts since you can't physically feel them. But with the reps knowledge and help she got us the perfect one.

Absolutely delighted with t-shirts from Custom Ink. Quality of t-shirt is excellent. Quality of print on t-shirts is outstanding! Customer service is phenomenal!! A marvelous company!!!!!

The quality of the prints were all over the place. Some shirts looked nice and sharp, but with strange enlargements of some parts of the artwork. On other shirts, the artwork looked blurry and misaligned. Also the placement of the artwork on the shirts were not consistent at all. Overall, it looked like a hack job.

I worked with Jonathan Strongsmith and he was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to ensure we got the t-shirts we wanted! I can't thank him enough as he handled everything for us and made it a breeze!!!

Great selection of colors, styles, & sizes. Prices were reasonable, shipping speed was fast, and website is extensive - had a lot of fun designing shirts here

The shirt itself was fine, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the print. It was a very watered down version of our logo. It would have been nice if I had been contacted first to let me know the potential difference in the quality of the image I provided if you were unable to make it up to the standard that was given before printing so that I could decide if it was worth the price. I was testing our design out to see if it would be worth placing a larger order.

Custom Ink does a great job every time! Our artwork looks fantastic, the products are priced well, the group ordering site is easy for our band families to use, and shirts are delivered on time. I rave about Custom Ink each time we get a delivery, and this time was no different. The people who work at Custom Ink are professional and courteous. I've had last minute add-ons, artwork adjustments, and pricing questions, and each time I have dealt with people who are knowledgeable and helpful. As long as I am a band booster parent, our team will order from Custom Ink.

There were some hiccups, but Enico corrected them and enhanced our imagery as well. Thank you for all of your help. The shirts all look great.
