I’ve had 4 bad customer service people but two REALLY good ones. The good ones were the last people to help me with both issues I have. I have issues with 3 out of 13 sweatshirts. We will see how they handle that. I don’t want to say if I will use them again or not. It depends on how easy it is to get help with current issues.

Custom Ink did fantastic, my only issue was delivery (USPS) service refused to deliver to my place. They made me come in to pick it up after showing delivered to the company

These sweatshirts are everything and more of what I expected. Gildan is a trusted brand so I knew what I was getting. However, Custom Ink made the ordering process better than I hoped. These were made for my daughter’s memorial and will be debuted to see if it would make a good fundraiser item. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and how thoughtful the company is for help raise awareness for organizations.
