Great service, speedy processing and shipping- ordered same day as an order from RushOrderTees. Didn't select special shipping from either company and Custom Ink's package arrived over a week ago. Still waiting on my order from RushOrder....

I have used Custom Ink three times now for my group orders, and I have come to love its customer service and it overall quality of work. The fact that they called me when they found an error, reprinted my order, and still managed to ship the order in time for our event really earned my trust in their company. I will continue to use Custom Ink for future orders.

Customer service OUTSTANDING. The rush was a little expensive but that seems normal. The shipping was wicked fast, like guaranteed 4 days then it arrived the next day, very cool. Courtney our account manager was excellent, extremely smart, agile, fast, great communicator. I used Custom Ink also 4 years ago when I worked at a larger company. Highly recommend.

One of the things I love about Custom Ink is their customer service! They go above and beyond to help you. I was shipping to multiple addresses and mistakenly sent shirts to New York that should have been sent to Georgia. There wasn't enough time to order new shirts for Georgia without the rush fee being extremely high. Custom Ink arranged to have the boxes rerouted to Georgia with two days to spare. Our MG Awareness Day attendees received their shirts and were happy to wear them proudly! I cried tears of joy knowing it would never have happened if Custom Ink didn't value their customers. I am a life long customer.

Overall, the website interface and customer service were excellent. I appreciate the quick shipping, the ability to approve the final proofs and make changes to the sizes and numbering upon review. The final product was a little lackluster. The logo was much smaller than it appeared online and the sizes in general ran quite large. It was a learning experience so I know what to do differently next time I order, but it would've been nice to get exactly what I wanted on the first try.

I have had a wonderful experience with Custom Ink. Erin was an exceptional person who was very knowledgeable, kind, and a overall wonderful personality. The product was exceptional, shipped and arrived early. Thank you so much for everything!!

The website was easy to navigate and upload images to. I loved the ease of setting up a group order where each purchaser paid Custom Ink directly, but all of the materials were shipped directly to me. The responsiveness of the customer service team regarding art work size and adjustments was also very good. My only complaint is the quality of the actual shirts. These Gildan shirts are of below average quality, and not particularly worth the price paid.
