Custom Ink was very easy to work with. This was actually my second order with them. I reordered shirt i had ordered before. The only thing that wasn't super exceptional is the packing of the shirts they where kind of out of order but it wasn't to hard to sort it all out. But the quality, the versatility was great, and speed of processing and shipping was amazing.

Overall easy to design! Lots of choices. Shipping was good.

I’ve been using custom ink for over 10 years and it is simply the most hassle free way to make shirts. I have yet to find something that matches the simplicity of the site. I also love the crew that helps elevate your work to a professional level.

At some point in the design process part of the phone number became a 5 instead of a 6. Customer service determined it was their error and agreed to ship a new batch promptly. I am thankful.

Custom Ink does a great through the whole process. Design is easy. Collecting orders is easy. Product shipped on a timely basis and arrived before they promised. The final product looks great.

I ordered 3 shirts of the design in different colors. Placing my order was super easy. I had the shirts arrive on different dates and unfortunately one of them was lost in the mail. I contacted customer support and she was absolutely amazing! She was able to refund the expedited shipping fee I paid PLUS send me a new shirt at no cost to me!! Great customer service and quality products for a reasonable price. I will be coming back to get some more items, my husband coach’s an AAU basketball team and the girls will freak out when they see customized products for them!!

The online customer service was amazing!!!!! I had to have my logo approved. It was approved that evening, and I believe shipped out within the next 2-3 days!

I was really bummed about the shipping - I placed the order when it said "order today to receive by friday..." We had a race that weekend and were all excited to wear the shirts together. But they didn't arrive until late on Monday. I'm sure there was a disclaimer about the shipping date not being guaranteed, but it was a pain to not have them. I am not sure if I'd order from Custom Ink again because of this. But the product and price were fair.

Ashford Hoag was the Custom Ink Rep who worked with me on this order. They were incredibly insightful and resourceful, accommodating to all of our needs as they arose. My one complaint is receiving samples of the shirts so close to production and shipping. If everything turned out great in one go then there wouldn't have been a problem. However one of the designs came out poorly which meant it needed to be remade. This put our deadline for our event in jeopardy. I'd highly recommend sending out samples much sooner to avoid this nightmare. That being said Ashford did an amazing job navigating this issue and reassuring that the deadlines would be met. It came down to the wire but we managed to get everything done on time. I'm truly grateful to Ashford and the rest of the Custom Ink team that made this happen.

In addition to the problem with the shipping one of the shirts had a small hole in it.
