The graphic I wanted put on the shirts turned out exactly as I had created it using their website tools. I am very happy with product quality, shipping and customer service. I would not hesitate to order from Custom Ink in the future.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I was able to correct my ordering error without any additional expense. The order was shipped to the reunion location in Indiana while I placed the order from Texas. I look forward to seeing the shirts in a couple of weeks at the event. My sister checked out the shirts and thinks they look fine.

The design process is easy to use and allows for individual creativity... The cardboard delivery boxes have a tough delivery due to the shipping service, but the shirts are protected being wrapped in protective sealed bags....

The Custom Ink website is simple and easy to navigate. I've created, designed and purchased many T-SHIRTS from Custom Ink. Every product arrived quickly. Every product was printed accurately. Every product was Top Quality. I would GLADLY offer my opinion and services, (FREE), to promote your product & services, in a Print, or T.V. advertisement praising your products and services.

I am impressed by the quality of work and the materials used. Shipped and delivered at the expected date. I would be ordering more attire for my team.

Poor communications, I was contacted about making a change, but no one could till what the change was going to be. Was told I would be sent a proof before printing, none arrived. No confirmation on anything until I contacted you about the order, at that point I was told the order was printed and shipped. The Digital printing is what I am guessing was the change to my order, I am not to impressed with, Looks like a cheep iron on? Since I am forced to answer about ordering again I will say No at this point, but that could change overtime, if the durability of the printing and garments lasts.

I had such a great experience with Custom Ink! I submitted my design without one important detail, they were able to add that detail for me plus get the order shipped and delivered a week before the estimated delivery day! Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, they made whole process super easy. I will absolutely be recommending them to others and ordering from them again myself.

Shirt was nice but not printed on the shirt I initially had wanted. Won't be ordering from here again. It allowed me to order the shirt and then when I called customer service to explain that it didn't upgrade my shipping even though I had selected the option, the service rep said I couldn't get it printed on the shirt I had ordered it on.

The Customer Service was very good and listened to my requests for changes. The shipping was fast and the products were exactly what we hoped for. The price per unit was a bit expensive, but the quality of the product was very good.

There was a question about my design that was resolved proactively by phone. A nice change from firms that would have shipped a bad product!

Everything went very smoothly from the designing of the shirt, the approval of the proof and the shipping. Product was received very quickly.

Very courteous customer service. Very happy to have used priority shipping and received it one day early. My daughter referred me and also had a great experience. I will be placing a new order for a bocchi ball league in the fall.
