I will be seeing Rex Smith this fall at a con and wanted something special and unique I can wear to show my love and appreciation for him and his music. The design I wanted required his permission which he granted. Once I got the permission, I forwarded the email to support and after a quick question about background, I received the tee and it's absolutely perfect! Communication is terrific, shipping is timely and very punctual. Very very happy with the tee and with Custom Ink.

Custom Ink was overall very easy to work with. They responded quickly, made the ordering process smooth, and shipped the shirts out very quickly. I was highly impressed with the entire process and would definitely work with them again.

Overall, we would order again. We paid extra for rush shipping and it was a day late, requiring extra work from our team to pick it up and deliver it to our event.

I've been using Custom Ink for t-shirts for event SWAG for a couple of years now. Even with multiple points of potential failure, I've never had a single issue creating, ordering, or shipping. The online design platform has also always worked flawlessly and is a lot of fun to use. The only thing on my wish list would be expanded Send To address fields as I'm often shipping to advance warehouses and need to squeeze in additional information like Company Name and Booth #. :)

The service was really good, the shipping was earlier than they said and the packaging good too.
