I've used CustomInk in the past, but their customer service is not consistent. The first order had several issues and things were not done well and the service rep was not very helpful - even the 'fixed' items they sent to make up for the mis prints were still wrong. The second order, the service rep I had was excellent. She made sure I wouldn't go through the same issues and the shirts on arrival were done exactly as expected.

While the process of ordering and receiving the shirts was very easy and streamlined, the end product was very disappointing. The printing on the shirts did not match with each other. Some of the shirts were printed with nice vibrant coloring, but most of them seemed to be very faded, almost as if the printer was running low on ink. Thus, the overall quality of the print was very poor. The shirt itself was of great quality and fit nicely, but the printing made this not a pleasant experience overall.

The number of shirts received did not match the number ordered. Neither did the sizes ordered. We had more of some sizes and fewer of other sizes. Luckily we worked it out on our end because we did not have time to remediate the discrepancy.

The Custom Ink team is wonderful! We loved our shirts! Plus, I needed to add a shirt to the order. The customer service team who helped me made the process so easy! Thank you!

Great experience. The t-shirts turned out exactly as I had designed them on the website, and the express delivery was right on time. This is the third time I have used Custom Ink and would not hesitate in the slightest to use them again.

Really easy ordering experience. I ordered Blue Generation Women’s Oxford Dress Shirts for an upcoming meeting, and a few of the guys asked for shirts in the Men’s version.

Package arrived in horrible condition. Shirts were wrinkled and dusty, not wrapped or with any care taken. Looks like they were all just crumpled up and thrown in the box. Very disappointing.

Had to measure and photograph to document artwork didn’t print well on color shirt. Shirt also ran small. Custom Ink issued voucher for reorder of larger shirt, lighter color and it came out great.

I really enjoy these shirts! They fit well, are made of quality material and their printing quality is amazing. Their designs hold very well to the shirt and do not crumble and fade with washes. ANY time I need a custom shirt done, I use customink.
