The process on line was pretty simple. Sadly that day there was a payment issue where I paid for the item but it was rejected. I learned this after receiving an email that the transaction did not go through. I tried chatting with the sit chat as the number online was not a working number. I was given 2 new numbers from chat. I finally googled a number, reached customer service and they were very helpful, processed my order, and it was made and sent to me within 10 days. Overall I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I felt the shift was to expensive. I paid $48 and I believe a T with front and back print should be more on the $38 side.

Please notify people organizing orders like my about your licensing requirements early on. We had a bit of a timeline panic. My design was submitted and my ordering window was two weeks. I wish I had known then about the licensing requirements (I understand how important this is) because I could have cleared those permissions during this time. The artwork was placed on the shirt perfectly. The lettering was a little faint but that was my fault, I should have made the letters larger. I feel the yellow color I chose for lettering was the right choice, they were just too small. I will increase the size of the lettering for the next order. Thank you for a great experience!

The website is really user friendly. Custom images are analyzed before printing to warn customers of potential clarity issues (If your image doesn't translate well magnified, they tell you before you pay). Shipping was really quick for me (PA). Will definitely recommend.
