I really enjoy these shirts! They fit well, are made of quality material and their printing quality is amazing. Their designs hold very well to the shirt and do not crumble and fade with washes. ANY time I need a custom shirt done, I use customink.

I continue to use Custom Ink for my group shirts every year. Always pleased with the quality and quick turn around.

Still waiting to get the matter of the stained shirt resolved

this is still pending... i need to speak to someone about possibly getting my product re-ordered with embroidered shirts instead of printed.

This was a very pleasant experience! Customer service was very kind and helpful and even called me to make sure that I wanted to go ahead with the design I submitted as it had colors that were similar to the color of the shirt (removing the similar color could possibly reduce price).

There are a couple of shirts whose logo is a little off center, but the overall product and experience was great.

To make your own custom shirt it’s very easy to use. You just have to remember to take your time.

Ordering process was easy for the group order. Pleased with how the process went. Though the order was delayed it did at least make it on time for our charity walk. Wish the graphic quality had been the same for all shirts ordered. Half of the shirts were delivered with faded graphics

The customer service crew is very helpful, responsive and accommodating. They work with you throughout the process, let you know how your logo resolutions is for the design and contact you if they need to update something. Nothing is done without your approval. I was nervous about how my shirts would come out but I am SOOOO pleasantly surprised! They are great!

Love their shirts and easy to use to make group t-shirts. My group always look nice and neat when we have group functions.

This is the first year that I can say things went smoothly. In past years, I have not been able to get all the same color shirts in all sizes, They used the wrong print from previous years without the blue outline etc. I think that Custom ink has finally figured it out. My only complaint is that the blue printed color does not match from year to year. Is it possible to note the actual mix of blue you use so that the shirts I buy every year match?

Shirt color great match to the logo print. The color of printed word was a great choice.

Have used Custom Ink a couple of times. Overall the ordering experience is pretty easy. Only issues I had was the actual shirt color differed from the online representation. Not a big deal, but some of the graphic colors didn't show up as expected. Also the shipping box was poorly taped and arrived open. Fortunately, nothing was missing.
