The overall experience OK. My only complaint is the words on the logo you printed were too small to read on the shirt. This is something you can't tell when designing on your website so I had to rely on your team to size appropriately. I would think that someone producing this would have seen and enlarged; or at least contacted me. I would have enlarged logo size so you could read the words. I have used your company before and this is where you fall short.

I love working with Custom Ink! This is the third or fourth order I've placed through the years. The process is incredibly straightforward and easy. I'm always eager to volunteer to be the person who makes shirts for an event or cause, when the opportunity arises, because I enjoy this process with Custom Ink so much.

This is our second time working with custom Inc. Our organization did a fundraiser several years ago and both of them were spot on. While we had some issues with the Chatbot/customer service the rest part of the experience was very good. We will use them again.
