I look at other companies, and I more often than not I come back to Custom Ink because they do great work and ship quick. The customer service is also fabulous. Aways really helpful and knowledgeable.

I am a regular Custom Ink customer and normally love the product and services provided through the company. However, this experience was disappointing. Finding and designing our product was the easiest part of the entire experience. Costs were great and shipping was fast. However, upon receipt of the first design proof, I was flabbergasted. I knew that I would more than likely have to compromise on some parts due to some complexities in the design, but every edit I asked for yielded a proof further and further from the original rendering. Eventually, I connected with a customer service representative, who literally sent a screenshot of the first proof, and while their service was great and they seemed helpful on our chat, the proof still did not match what I was looking for (which was what they had already made 4 proofs before). However, it was the best I had received, so I decided to move forward given our now tight deadline. Shipping was very fast, which I appreciated, however the product did not look like the website photos. The vibrant green color on the website showed as a darker, muted green, and the "tan" khaki mesh on the website was more of a green khaki mesh instead that was not great quality. It definitely interferes with the integrity of the hat (not sturdy, etc.). In the future, I will not buy any hats from the Custom Ink website, only t-shirts or other clothing items specifically.

I spoke with Custom Ink printers twice; once prior to creating our designs and placing the order, just to make sure we could get the shirts delivered on-time. The printer was very helpful and provided several options for shipping and delivery dates. The second call was post-order when I received a warning about the digital design of the photo used on one of the shirts. That was a quick and easy call, but the printer DID catch the fact I had not used the correct shipping method for one of our orders, so they fixed that for me. Custom Ink put extra effort into helping my family with our orders. Way to go Custom Ink!!

Custom Ink’s website was easy to use and order from. They shipped my order out in a timely manner- just in time for Christmas. Will 100% use them again!

When I received my order, everything wasn’t perfect condition except for my logo on my T-shirts that I had to ordered, they were not completed with the right finish. With a quick phone call custom Ink was happy to send me out 12 free new T-shirts in place of the 12 that I ordered that were not perfect, and they even threw in two extra freebies

I am pleased with the creation of my custom shirts. The process was super easy, the quality is really excellent, and shipping was fast.

I am BEYOND dissatisfied!! You got the size wrong, the color wrong and, while it shipped early, you messed up the whole order. I should have checked it the DAY I got it, that's on me. I have had good experiences with Custom Ink before but I guess those days are over, huh?

Hoodie is really high quality. Printing is high on the left breast. Customization / order / shipping all pretty easy!

This was so easy. I created my shirt using ChatGPT, sent the image to Custom Ink and magically, they produced it and shipped it. A fantastic experience!
