Custom Ink was fantastic to work with! I was having trouble with the clarity of my design when trying to upload it to the website myself. I was able to book a same day, in person meeting at one of the store fronts for help. The designer was very knowledgable and kind. She worked with a team to ensure that the print would be of the highest quality, all within a very timely manner even during the holidays! I really appreciate the time and effort they provided to make my design perfect!

I was worried I wouldn't receive my items before Christmas. Had a delay due to design permissions, but Custom Ink made it right and sent it 2 day air to still arrive just in time!

I ordered these thinking they would arrive the day after Christmas, and they showed up several days before Christmas. Love that. I wish the shirts themselves were a nicer quality. The printing is good. I'm a little worried about what will happen in the washing machine, but the printing is nice. The shirt itself, not as nice.

Excellent product & customer service! Will happily order again. The day before delivery I realized one number in the delivery address was off so I called. Their team was able to update the delivery address while in transit, preventing delivery errors.

I ordered sweaters for my school staff, and I was in a bit of a time crunch. I needed them by a certain date, and our sales rep was great about helping me expedite the order so we would get them in time. She helped me with choosing the product, getting the design ready, & sending the invoice within 24 hours. Tawni is amazing! She saved the day (yet again).

Great options for digital printing, good quality shirts, arrived a day before it was supposed to. Overall great experience!

Order with caution on prints. The print we paid for came out blurry and much lower quality than expected. Also, the shirts were very low quality and uncomfortable. Also, paid for express shipping and it still came a day later than when it was supposed to. Disappointed.

This is our second order. Custom Ink is so great to work with especially when designing shirts is not your day job.

It was easy to design my own broomball jersey for my team. It arrived 1 day sooner than the earliest it could’ve. Not only that, the jersey’s color richness was amazing. I instantly started chuckling from how great the jersey’s looked on e I opened the box

Custom ink was amazing they got back to me within a day and my package even came 4 days early! Literally just in time for the end of the semester and all my classmates went home super happy with them! The jackets turned out better than I pictured and I’m just so grateful for the staff at custom ink you guys are amazing!!

The Hanes Authentic shirt was scratchy, even after washing. If you're sensitive to this, you might want to spring for the higher quality shirts, or find another business to work with. The customer service was excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for one of the two shirts I needed. I contacted them, and within a day or two, they'd corrected the issue and I received both sizes I needed.

The ordering process was super easy. The uploading and placement of the logo was also easy. Your interface is simple and easy to use. I appreciated the level of communication with order status, shipping details, and prompt replies through email communication. My only complaint was that the pens we ordered weren't ready in the timeframe that the website defined. They weren't printed and delivered on time and I wasn't notified that they were behind schedule until the day of the even. It would have been helpful to get a heads up instead of me having to reach out.

My first design was canceled so I emailed the company and they got back to me with a very reasonable explanation within a day. I was so happy that they care so much and I was able to get the design I wanted by making one very slight change. The process was super easy and the website is easily navigable. The shirt came earlier than I expected too. I would highly recommend this website for your custom design wants and needs.

Like I stated before, I paid $15 for my shirt to arrive early, and checked my emails and tracked my order throughout the week to make sure there were no delays. On the day of arrival, I checked my phone to find out the delivery date was changed to 2 days later with no notification, and I was still charged my $15. I've filled out a form concerning a refund, but I've yet to be repaid. My shirt came in good quality, but I would like a refund on my money spent for fast delivery since it didn't come in in time.

Customer service through chat was super helpful, however I did purchase rush shipping to have my shirt on a specific day and it was 4 days late and missed the event it was intended for. I am not sure who the issue was with because I had DHL and USPS both as carriers so something in transition went very wrong. Chat customer service was very helpful in refunding the rush fee but overall I was left feeling unsatisfied with the overall experience and will likely try a a different company next time.
