The only complaint I have is the time an item is shown being in printing ! ! It shouldn't take 5 -7 days for something to print . Other than that your company and business is top notch . I would and probably will order through you again .

They emailed me regarding if I was happy with the design and had such a quick response time! Also, I ended up getting my order about 10 days earlier than expected, which was exciting!

From placing order online, so user friendly, to the final delivered product, it was 4.5 days!! Communication about uploaded logo was good and we were so pleased with end product on such short notice. Amazing!

We had a rush order of t-shirts and received them 2 days earlier than expected! We will absolutely use Custom Ink again!

The interface for Custom Ink was very easy to use, both for our first order in 2023 and for our second order of the same design in 2025. The shirts were very nice quality, and the hoodies were soft and comfy. One thing I’d appreciate is an estimator tool that let us put in an overall number of shirts instead of breaking up by size, and allowing an estimate for a reorder without clicking to modify the design, but it was generally relatively painless and straightforward. I had our team order on a Google form with names and orders into a spreadsheet, then I filled in the final amounts and shipped them to our house. I put name tags on the shirts and grouped similar orders together with a rubber band. The order arrived two days before it was originally due. Thanks, Custom Ink! :)

Literally saved the day! My sister’s marathon was made all the more special, and memorable. I want to give a special shoutout to the customer support team as I called them and they were incredibly communicative, helping rush my order so it would be ready for the big day.

Loved the many customization options! Made it easy to choose an image and text orientation/color for the bottle opener. Also, although it wasn't cheap it was great to see the fast-ship option available - I cut it close on timing so it was a relief to be able to get them printed and shipped in time. They even arrived a couple days ahead of schedule!

So easy to work with and very communicative throughout the process. The hats arrived days earlier than expected too!

the website was quite easy to use, which is saying something these days...

super easy to create nice graphics on the site. printing and shipping of my order was faster than i had expected and all my t-shirts were packed very well. i appreciated that they were placed in a plastic bag inside of the outer box. i was worried the day of delivery because we had a big storm and my box had been sitting outside all day, until i got home. i was relieved and impressed when i opened the box and saw everything was safe and dry in the plastic bag. thank you!

I designed and ordered the shirt on a whim in the middle of the night on a Saturday for a concert that was 9 days later. I paid extra to have it here by Thursday before the show and it arrived Wednesday! Super fast! The shirt looks great. I wasn't expecting the image to feel like vinyl on the shirt, but that's ok. It looks amazing so I can get over that. :)

Custom Ink was very easy to work with, the online design tool was simple, and they printed and shipped the order much quicker than promised, and the delivery came several days ahead of the promised date. The printing of our logo was very good and captured the nuances better than we expected, thanks!

Customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I had a rush order and the sooner I got it the better, they understood and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected! I had concerns about logos and QR code visibility- they adjusted everything to fit better and tested to ensure everything worked before shipping! Fantastic, will use again!

The shirts & printing are great (and the website easy to use). I've ordered from Custom Ink a number of times, and delivery has always been on time or early... until this time. I checked the tracking on the day it was due, and it said that the delivery should be completed the day before it was due, but it actually showed up the day after it was due. As a one-off mistake, that's not too bad — just a bit strange.
